I signed up for a class on classpass, I drove to the studio which appeared to be in a neighborhood…read morethat was residential based on the address in class pass, I called the studio 2x as I could not locate it and nobody picked up, I tried again the following day and the line was disconnected I could not leave a voicemail. I was charged $20 for missing the class as the studio told classpass that I could have found them. I am in a war with classpass and my credit card. This studio is a SCAM and as an avid pilates expert who spent years in NYC doing reformer pilates, DO NOT ATTEND THIS STUDIO. THEY SCAM AND LIE TO THEIR BUSINESS PARTNERS AND TAKE $ FROM NEW CLIENTS WHO HAVE NOT USED THEIR SERVICES WHEN THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is a really nice place. Experienced two classes. Buns & Guns and Kickboxing. It was the same…read moreupbeat instructor for both classes. Both times everyone was pleasent and the instructor was energetic. I really like the set up, class size and course offerings. The only drawback is there are not a lot of weights or poles variety if there are more than 10 ppl. It's also pretty expensive over time. But if you are looking for great fitness options, it's a good buy.

Drove all the way here for a mammogram. What a beautiful building outside and in! Parking is close…read moreto the front entrance, and the reception area is relaxing, even with a grand piano in the lobby. Good first experience for me with one small suggestion: Change the piped in music (in the breast health department) to something relaxing, like what one would hear inside a spa. Calming music, basically.

The facility itself is beautiful and located very close to our home, which made it very appealing…read more I even considered switching my current membership from another place to this one because of the convenience. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing, particularly when it comes to customer service. The issues began when my young son was invited by a friend (who is a member) to play basketball. Each visit was a challenge, even when we followed the rules and paid the guest fee. The staff at the front desk was often unfriendly. On one occasion, I was told the person assisting us was new and not yet trained. Things escalated when I received a voicemail informing me that my son could no longer visit because he had exceeded the allowed number of guest passes. I was surprised by this and called in to ask if I could purchase a full-day pass for him to play for just one hour. The front desk staff declined and said I was welcome to explore membership options. She tried transferring me to the membership representative--twice--but no one answered or returned my call.My husband eventually called and was able to speak to the membership person right away. After agreeing to a membership, he told me to go ahead and bring our son in. When we arrived, the same front desk person questioned my young son directly, asking him whether he was allowed in. I was honestly shocked by this level of treatment. While this facility is gorgeous and extremely convenient, the lack of professionalism and the poor customer service left us very disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as it could be a truly great place with the right team and training in place.
