Very Professional. Excellent Servive. Red Rock Window Cleaning has got to be the best window cleaning company I've ever worked with. Their office staff is wonderful and their employees are very professional. I've always had only my exterior windows cleaned, because you can never be to sure of the person that is entering your home. But, after meeting with their field manager and feeling that sense of trust from him telling me all these great things about the company, i went ahead and had him give me an estimate for my interior windows. Still a bit nervous about having strangers in my home, i allowed them in and it ended up being a good experience! We had good conversation and got to know each other the whole time they were inside. They even placed booties over their shoes, laid down drop cloths beneath the windows and protected my floors and walls from their ladders. I couldn't ask for more. The fact that they were in full uniform and drove up in a nice, clean, professional looking work truck, was a plus! I would strongly recommend Red Rock to anyone I know. They even gave me a great price for power washing these stains from my back patio that I've been struggling with for months! The price for my windows is a little bit higher than the other estimates i first received, but I've experienced that you get what you pay for and if i had to, i would pay more to keep Red Rock servicing my windows!! read more

One of my pet peeves is dirty windows.....I was soooo frustrated with going through different window cleaning companies and never feeling like I was getting what I paid for! Luckily for me, I kept seeing the red rock window cleaning trucks in my neighborhood and asked my neighbor for their number. I called to get a quote over the phone, and the gal that answered the phone was VERY friendly and knowledgable. She gave me a price range and even offered to send the account manager to give me a free bid. I felt comfortable with the price range she gave me, so I went ahead and scheduled. The guys arrived on time AND in clean uniforms and were very friendly and polite (unlike some of the cleaners sent in the past who looked like they were hired off the street). Finally, a legitimate and professional company! They offered a range of other services, which I didn't need at the time but definitely will come in need in the future. They did such an excellent job with my windows, they were spotless and the job was done quickly! No other company will compare when it comes to my windows and I am glad I can stay with one company I know I can rely on. You guys rock! read more

Don't know what happened with these guys. Previously they would do great work, but it was because I was around. I left town and called them to come clean the house when I came back it would be nice and clean. Big mistake. I come home and my shower has hair all over the floor. Also the removable hair catcher drain which was left in front of the shower so they could clean which they would always clean before wasn't even touched. Furthermore, the shower was still covered in grime and when you open shower door, you could see more hair stuck to the floor. When I went to the kitchen, it was worse. Stuff all over the counter still. They didn't even bother to wipe down the counters. Also, there was food left out which was now moldy. There are plenty of companies out there who will actually clean. These guys are great if you're around if you're not, they'll do a lousy job and still charging the same amount of money. When I informed them that the house was still dirty, they offered me a $25 refund. Thank you goodbye never using you guys again. read more

THANK YOU RED ROCK WINDOW CLEANING! I don't usually write reviews, but this company did such a great job cleaning the windows, mirrors and fixtures at my mom's house, I wanted to post this! My mom isn't able to do things like she used to, and she can't afford a regular maid. One of her neighbors recommended Red Rock Window Cleaning, so we called. They were prompt, friendly, and did a great job. My mom was so happy! They even dusted all of her hard to reach things that were too high for her to reach anymore.
