Unfortunately, a visible slit was cut into the front of the jacket. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or accountability--just deflection and excuses. They offered to reimburse half of what I paid, but that doesn't begin to cover the cost of the damaged clothing caused by poor embroidery. For context, I asked if they could have the order ready a day early, only if it wouldn't compromise quality. They agreed, but based on the results, it appears the job may have been rushed and lacked quality control. If meeting the earlier deadline wasn't feasible, they should have said so. I would have preferred a slight delay over this outcome. They also have not returned one of our lab coats (over a month from when we picked up everything else) which was supposed to be embroidered but wasn't completed in time. If you value your clothing and expect to be treated professionally, I recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, this business was careless, dismissive, and unaccountable.

He wanted the books printed quickly because he planned to use them for a course he organized that would start in less than a week. He needed help and because I make an amazing assistant and love to help people I offered to search for a company that would fulfill his dream. I immediately jumped on yelp and requested a quote from a dozen local print companies. When it comes to print jobs I like to work with locals so I can see and hold the work, plus I don't have to deal with shipping. Windward Graphics was the second one to respond to me. He gave me an estimate and said I could come in the next day by 5pm. Well I didn't get off of work till guess what time... yup 5pm. I yelp messaged him and asked if there was anyway to meet during the weekend. Mind you their office is closed on the weekends, but he said "I will be in for about an hour doing some maintenance work. Can you meet me during that time?" Absolutely! I arrive. He greets me at the door and apologizes for his messy look. He showed and explained to me the work that he can do. I showed him what we wanted. He quoted me $26. I said, "we want this entire thing in color though". He said "yes, I know. I can do that" Me: "AND the artwork on the front and back?!" Stanley: "yes and wire bound like you asked" Hallelujah! We found our guy. I was so excited. I immediately texted my friend the news. A couple days later my friend met with Stanley and viola! The journals are complete. They turned out exactly how we wished for a whole lot cheaper than the other 6 companies that quoted me. High quality low cost, plus stellar customer service, Score!!
