They had to lift some 120 ft pines over my house to get them out. Not cheap but fair. It was a tough job that many other companies wouldn't touch. They came, cut, remove all debris. I highly recommend them. Mr. Dentley, who comes to start the ball rolling is a great guy. Use these guys. They won't scam you, they will tell you what they will and can do, and they'll do it when they say they will. So hard to find in some contractors these days. And no, I'm not related. Just a guy in Acton who had a rare good experience with a decent company.

Matt arrived the same day we contacted him to assess our job. He promised within two weeks to get the job done. Matt's word you can take to the bank. He arrived when he said he would, no deposit required, and did the job in an 8 to 10 hour window. Matt is professional, true to his word, honest and we would hire him again to do any work we have. It was amazing to watch how they worked so well together to safely and quickly remove the tree. They brought in the crane and we didn't have to move anything out of the way. They chipped and hauled it away all in the time frame it said it would take. My favorite part was their Supervisor- an amazing golden retriever! Everything is better with dogs :).

The only fee mentioned was a $99 assessment fee that would be waived if we approved the work. We were charged $300 (!!!) for disconnecting a sink that took a total of 15 minutes. We were later told "whoops we forgot to mention it" and "it's their minimum fee." If there's a $300 minimum charge for a stupid simple job customers should be told upfront. You can decide if you want to do business with a company like this
