I brought my husband in for a new glass piece for father's day and interrupted the red headed employees lunch. We looked around a bit, even tried to joke with the guy to be met with silence. My husband took one step at the end of the counter to look at a price and the guy literally yelled at him to step back. We took this as our cue to leave and I said to have a nice day. Dude said have a better day and I replied that I am (well was) having a great day. The guy lost his cool and started screaming cuss words at us. Not only will I never step foot in the door again, I suggest no one else does until the put their employees through anger management. I also take back my compliment on his "I want pizza not feelings" shirt. That guy needs to get his feelings in order. UPDATE-I would like to speak with the owner. Best vape shop in the East side, hands down. As far as customer service... best shop I have ever been too. Period. I purchase disposable vapes on the regular. On one occasion I was charged twice for the same item and showed the shop my bank statement as proof. I was happy to take a second vape instead of a refund. When I asked them to do this, they took care of me. This past Saturday I purchased a disposable vape with 11ml juice and it stopped "puffing" the next day but the device still showed the illuminated light when taking a hit. I went to the shop to let them know and they gave me a free replacement. I'll be totally honest, I felt that the first issue was necessary to resolve and felt that the second issue could have a been an SOL situation. Nevertheless, these guys run an honest shop snd know the value of their customers. I appreciate you guys and feel that this level of care is unheard of nowadays, especially at a smoke shop. I have been going to this smoke shop for over a year now. I've always gone to high maintenance or sky high but since it's closest to my house I started going here and I spent a lot of money at the store. I bought a three pack of Vapor tech disposable tobacco pens and one of them literally exploded in its unopened packaging and burnt a hole in the side of the pen and leaked everywhere inside of the packaging. When I went back to the store two days later I was told by the salesman that he wouldn't replace one measly pen out of the three pack and told me I'm shit out of luck pretty much. Not to mention I've recommended your smoke shop to numerous friends in the area that WERE returning customers. Safe to say WE will NOT be coming back.. over a 7$ item read more

Really liked the hookah selection available at this shop. From pieces, hoses, shisha, and coals there is a large selection. The sales guy is also super chill which made the buying process pleasant. Their prices are great. I'm disappointed I bought a glass piece at a different shop because this shop had the same one for $10 less. I'll definitely be going here again. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.... Bought a bong piece from this place the other night, and literally 30 min into using it the skull head started to melt without me knowing. I'm glad it didn't melt onto me but it got on my leather which it made a hole in. Now I have to replace the entire seat. And the pos owner literally told me he wouldn't exchange it (the only cordial exchange he was gonna get from me), when I told him I am not even asking for my money back. I just want a non defective piece which I had paid for. He told me to come back if I want to talk to man that sold it to me. And then I was done, let him know you're a pos who sold me a defective product that could've done a lot more harm if it had melted onto my hand. He sells me a product that's MADE to have a torch on it, yet a small bic was used which melted it. DONT COME HERE, they sell defective glass pieces that will melt and possibly catch either you or something on fire. read more

Horrible customer service. I bought an expensive tobacco pipe. I only had it 5 days and the wood cracked. I brought it back and they refused to replace it. They said they won't get payed back from the company so there is nothing they can do. I said how can you sell a product and not stand behind it. I told them there is nothing more important in business than great customer service. Sometimes a business has to take a loss to do the right thing for a customer. These guys failed completely.
