Walked in and the guy was talking to his girlfriend. I had to catch his attention & asked if there were any deals on a select item. He told me "buy 2 get one for $7.99". I then asked how much the original item was. He told me it was about $25 which in my opinion was a little overpriced but whatever. I picked 3 & got to the counter. He rung me up & my total was over $70. I said "that's your guys' deal?" And he said "it is on our side". I thought whatever & told him I'll try them out to make sure they work and he said fine. While I was trying them out, he proceeded to converse with his girlfriend. So I'd say this place overpriced & unprofessional. read more

IRONWOOD/OCOTILLO LOCATION!!!!! If I could give The Habbit Smoke Shop zero stars, I would. My experience here was beyond frustrating and downright infuriating. My son purchased this "SWYPE" vape pen on Friday, and an hour after the purchase, it stopped working. Since he was going camping, I went into the store to get some help resetting or fixing it because it was stuck on a file transfer screen. But apparently, that was too much to ask. The staff was utterly clueless. They had no idea how to operate the device, couldn't explain a single feature, and were completely useless when it came to troubleshooting. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to tell me that the owner hardly ever works, so talking to him was out of the question. How convenient! It's one thing to have a sign that says "All Sales Final," but it's another to run a shop where "Good luck with whatever you buy because we have no clue how anything works" might as well be your slogan. What's even more concerning is that they're selling nicotine products while being so clueless about how they work. This is not just frustrating--it's downright dangerous. The staff's lack of knowledge and the owner's apparent disinterest in his business are both shocking and irresponsible. This pathetic excuse for a vape shop just lost 7-10 of my son's friends--regular customers in their late teens to early 20s who used to spend money here multiple times a week. But I'm sure the owner doesn't care, considering he's probably raking in so much cash that he doesn't even bother showing up. It's clear he doesn't want to face the music when people inevitably bring back the faulty garbage they sell. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. Go somewhere else where the staff actually knows what the hell they're doing and gives a damn about their customers. This place is a joke. read more

Not very good selection AND they sold me a broken battery for $25 AND refused to replace or refund me when I went back an hour later. Worker (braden, dark curly hair) saw me try my battery multiple times, tried to blame my carts (and I did try multiple carts and multiple times), then says he is "just a worker" who can't refund a "working battery" which was working according to him because the light turned on. I have never been so angry and disappointed in a store, especially when I was trying to be nice and go back in the first place just to get help. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! One thing I can say is they have a huge selection but they're overpriced and the workers don't have any knowledge on the mods and whatnot. I will never go back. Excellent customer service. Great inventory! I was going to go to a different smoke shop to get vape supplies but saw The Habit next to a restaurant we went to and stopped in. Diego was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I'm a new vaper- no cigs for 2 months. Diego explained different juices/salt nics and asked me questions to get me the best juices & coils for me. Nobody ever asked me these questions before and nobody has ever helped like Diego did . I've had multiple instances where they've bent over backwards to help me out. The employees are awesome, they are social with me. we talk and have low-key build up a friendship. They know me by name and only ask for my ID because it's required by law. The shop is always clean and stocked full of products. their display is sick and they have a variety of pieces ranging from small pipes to massive bongs. Signing up for their loyalty program was the best decision regarding Smoke shops for me Because you build up points fast and you get a text every time you have a discount. I went in with my husband because it was on our way home. I was greeted and helped immediately. While I was talking to one of the people working and telling him the type of flavors I wanted, the other employees was asking a few questions. As we were checking out, the other employee hands us a bag of juices that he's tried but wasn't a fan of but that fit the description of the flavors I liked. The girl working claims to have not remembered me I would literally compliment her lashes alll the time. my wallet was stolen and for the first time ever she has asked for my id ever .
