They let you try juices, answer and vape question you have, try any thing can legally to fix your vape, they are also always on point at what mods to buy.....they have a binder or two of all there flavors of juices and they don't even mind you chilling for a few moments....these are the type of guys you would see helping an old lady change a tire on the road very humble and caring. They have great personalities and can joke around it's never crowded in there and they have fast service as well and don't forget a point system for free product saved me a few times. I can see me hanging with these guys outside vixen. I'm pretty sure they knew it was broken, as it was sitting in their case as a display. She promised it was never touched and would work fine. Make sure whatever you buy from these guys works before you purchase, or leave the store. They could easily replace this for me and deal directly with puffco themselves.
