Sold me a broken $240.00 Puffco and would not refund my money less than 20 minutes after purchase…read more Told me I had to deal with Puffco and blew me off. I'm pretty sure they knew it was broken, as it was sitting in their case as a display. She promised it was never touched and would work fine. Make sure whatever you buy from these guys works before you purchase, or leave the store. They could easily replace this for me and deal directly with puffco themselves. This is a shitty business with no integrity and one less customer.
