I walked in at random to check out some juice and walked out with a whole new set up and couldn't be happier with what I got especially for the price! the manager, Kyle was amazing from the second I walked in when he greeted me and I could tell he knew what he was doing and wanted to help me find exactly what I came in for. I'm also really indecisive when it comes to the juice I get so that goes without saying I was in there for a while, he took the time to help me find what I was looking for and as I was going through the shop book of their house juices, I gave him the OK to help the customers that had walked in and could not help but notice what amazing people skills he has as well as patients, and just made everyone so comfortable and helped them find exactly what they needed! This review has been a long time coming... let me tell you, the exemplary employees here highlight the importance of excellent customer service---a factor sorely lacking in many in-person retail interactions (getting worse each year). Since walking in a year and a half ago for the first time, this vendor has had my business exclusively for several reasons. It was immediately apparent how on the ball and ducked up each employee was in regards to knowledge of the *many* products available. It was evident they took the time to research each product and fully verse themselves in the industry, specifically how it was represented in the news and in the local legislature. Real dedication. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the quality of their in-house e-juice and especially their in-house CBD cartridges. I use Kratom extract for pain control. Not only is Red Star the very best in prices, their selection is fantastic. I went in there because Zombie's still had not gotten what I needed after 2 weeks and then I went to Rebel who only had 1 type, bounced up to the one by Basha's on Woodlands who were very rude and could care less about me. I went in to find that what I normally paid elsewhere was at least 15% lower in general. To top it off, they told me about Sept 30th and everything in store was on sale with my Kratom being 30% off. I spent a good $800 in there and so relieved I was able to stock up. Although my salesmen were younger, they were extremely knowledgeable on the various strains, origins and absolutely willing to meet a fair price. Discounts galore! So glad they opened a Red Star up here, there is a great juice selection, multiple options which are affordable, and a wide variety of mods which I plan on looking at more closely in the future. Went in to get a new vape. The girl gave me a bunch of color options, I pointed to the red one. She gives me a look, shrugs, and rings me up for my sick new red vape. I hop in the car, and as soon as I unwrap my new vape I notice that it's green. There never was a red vape, my colorblindness had fooled me.
