This is a nice little yarn shop. I didn't find the selection to be huge, and there weren't many of…read moremy favorite brands stocked there. However, I did buy a few things to support local anyway. The person behind the counter didn't speak to me hardly at all, which is something I have grown to expect at most LYS. Some friendly banter about what I'm making with the yarn or something like that, not a major thing but it made me feel a little awkward not really being spoken to whatsoever. It has a dedicated parking lot in back which is wonderful for the location. I hope to see it thrive, but I might continue going to different yarn stores that have a bit of a warmer reception.

A loose screw that holds the lever in place. He fixed it in 20 seconds. No charge since he feels he wants to help people. The most kind person. I believe that if you have an open mind, you can always learn and the exchange of valuable information & inspiration between artists is something that spurs one on. The owner was there with some women and they were talking and knitting together. When I asked for help finding the right yarn, she helped me immediately.
