That new girl is awful (she has brunette hair) but then again so are the owners I was hoping for a more pleasant experience seeing how it was only my 2nd time in there with friends, that girl needs an attitude adjustment. She was not helpful at all and didn't want to give my friend her name. They need to really to do a better job at background checks. Sheesh she is a piece of work. Josh is not that great either, he kind of blew us off when we mentioned his stuck up employee. I get it, all you care about is the money. Agree with the other girls post, Midtown will go down hill if they don't fix their attitude because without customers, you won't have anything. Word of advice? Actually care what your customers say because we can make or break your business. I also tried to post a review on google and it was deleted. Good thing Yelp does not allow that. Prices for vapes could be cheaper. Almost $30 for a vape is a $5 profit for them. Which is disappointing to learn considering online they're less than $20. Girl (Monica) working Monday evenings seemed exasperated with everything. Weekend guy (Tony) is not very honest regarding product information. I often times will do my own research before I go in to inquire about a vape and this is how I know when they're lying or not based off the information they provide. Despite the other reviews on here, Midtown is a really great smoke shop. I've been a customer since 2021 when they opened. They have more vapes, more juices and more product to choose from than any other smoke shop in town. Prices are a little higher than most places but worth it.
