I walked out of there with 2, one for a friend. My bill was just over $40 (tax). The best part was Blacky! They've taken a kitten that was homeless. She's been spayed and now has a 6ft cat tree. That new girl is awful (she has brunette hair) but then again so are the owners I was hoping for a more pleasant experience seeing how it was only my 2nd time in there with friends, that girl needs an attitude adjustment. She was not helpful at all and didn't want to give my friend her name. They need to really to do a better job at background checks. Sheesh she is a piece of work. Josh is not that great either, he kind of blew us off when we mentioned his stuck up employee. I get it, all you care about is the money. Agree with the other girls post, Midtown will go down hill if they don't fix their attitude because without customers, you won't have anything. Word of advice? Actually care what your customers say because we can make or break your business. I also tried to post a review on google and it was deleted. Good thing Yelp does not allow that. I agree people need to see the ugly side of this shop because the employees have such crappy attitudes! Really disappointed and will not be back. Prices for vapes could be cheaper. Almost $30 for a vape is a $5 profit for them. Which is disappointing to learn considering online they're less than $20. Girl (Monica) working Monday evenings seemed exasperated with everything. Weekend guy (Tony) is not very honest regarding product information. I often times will do my own research before I go in to inquire about a vape and this is how I know when they're lying or not based off the information they provide. The only reason I continue to go is because their selection is unmatched. read more

Despite the other reviews on here, Midtown is a really great smoke shop. I've been a customer since 2021 when they opened. They have more vapes, more juices and more product to choose from than any other smoke shop in town. Prices are a little higher than most places but worth it. Of course, she was referring to Crystal Magic, in downtown Flagstaff (Arizona), on the corner of San Francisco Street and Route 66. Admittedly, I was not interested in coming here. But, I could tell that coming here would really make my daughter happy, so in we went. And, as disinterested as I was in coming here, I actually enjoyed looking around this store with my daughter. I think most of the people who come here do so because they believe in feelings or energy that emanates from objects, like rocks. To me, this sounds silly; but having the scientific mind that I do, I did get a lot of enjoyment out of the geological beauty of the items for sale here. Just imagining the incredible physical and chemical processes that produced these beautiful earth-made objects amazes me, along with how beautiful they can be. Looking around in this store was a real treat. It is not only incredibly well organized, but there is also something beautiful to look at in every direction. The owners here must have over a million dollars worth of items for sale here, all packed within this store. They obviously sell several types of precious crystals in multiple forms, but they also sell incense, candles, books, journals, wind chimes, and several other items. I was also pleased with the staff here, who were friendly and professional during my visit. If you're even a little interested in these types of things, Crystal Magic is a great place to shop. You should definitely check this store out if you're in the area. But if you do like the types of things sold here, and you do come inside, be prepared to drop some serious cash. They have a lot of great items for sale.

As a health care professional, I was excited to see this store on 4th street so I could spend my money on a local business instead of mega online company. I am willing to pay more for the convenience of walking out with scrubs rather than waiting for them in the mail. As the only customer I'm the store I didn't even get acknowledged by the male employee sitting at the counter who clearly saw me. As I browsed the few racks i noticed none of the scrubs are organized by size, just hanging intermixed. The selection was very limited and the colors and patterns were obviously selected to save them money. Unfortunately this store is doomed and will be another failed business plan. Here's a couple free business tips; greet your customers as they enter, ask if they can help you find items, buy inventory that people will want to buy! And organize your store, people can go to the Goodwill if they want to waste their time sorting through clothes.
