Very unprofessional company, I had scheduled and confirmed a pick up 2 days prior and had received a time for pick up of 2 elderly for an appointment and the day of, they did not show up. We had to call and the same man I had spoken too tried to tell us he did not have us down and then when I had told him I was the one who scheduled the transport 2 days prior he changed his story and started apologizing and said he would have a driver out in 1.5 hours which was not acceptable as they would have missed their appointment. 100% DO NOT recommend read more

Some guy answered who sounded like either was asleep or drunk and he said " I will get back to you ", I decided to walk instead and it is a good thing because he never called me back. I am glad I won't need their services. I requested a quote online and the Manager replied with yes, that's fine I will take you to the airport. Ummmm... No price quote? So, I asked for a price and he said it's better to negotiate a price and to call him? Ummm...what about the "flat rate" declaration on the website? Flat rate means, this is what the rate is from point A to point B, period. No negotiating. Horrible horrible service.. will never use them again. Last Friday went something like this. It's 1am, I'm HAMMERED, just got into a huge fight with the person I was supposed to be staying with, and left with no shoes on trying to walk back to another friends house 3 miles away. I get half way and decide that the glass in the bottom of my feet and the unknown bleeding scratches on my arm are enough, so I call Red Top. DH: TAXI! Me: I need a taxi at College & Needham DH: Ok, 30 min. Me: Deal I've got my ass parked on someones wet lawn, scoping for muggers, hobos, the fuzz, and my cab. 30 minutes goes by, then 45, then an hour, then an hour and 15. I call back screaming. Me: "Where the fuck is my cab God damn it" DH: Uhhh ohh.. ummm.. You're next on the list Another half an hour goes by and I am livid! I call back screaming again. Asshole gets on the radio and asks who can make it to my location. The mother fucker hadn't even dispatched me yet. Someone said they could be there in 4 min, and they were. These people are AWFUL!!! Too bad it's not possible to give negative stars.... I have had to call several times. The dispatcher is beyond RUDE!!! The reason for my call.....one of their employees lives in my neighborhood. They constantly park RIGHT IN FRONT of my house. They choose to fix the taxi cabs RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE and other neighbors homes. My neighborhood is basically a dispatch yard!! I've had to ask the drivers not to park right in front of my home, who then give attitude like they can't be bothered to park elsewhere. Others in the neighborhood are bothered by this also. Cabs are parked DAYS at a time, strange people hanging out in the neighborhood waiting for rides, drivers are throwing their garbage out of the cabs into our yards. These people take NO RESPONSIBILITY for their business nor their drivers. Called dispatch several times asking, pleading for them to come move the taxis, fix them else where, and I am met with resistance and rude, RUDE, attitudes. Now I am to the point of just calling the police or a tow truck. I want these people OUT of my neighborhood.....go fix, store, and dispatch your cabs elsewhere..... read more

KC really came through for me when my ride flaked on me and there was no Uber Available. From the time I called to the time he picked me up only 15 min. On some days that's better than Uber. Ok the dispatcher was nice and polite but I called a cab at 6am and said I needed it for 7am to catch the 736 ACE Train..at 710am we called again to confirm and at 715 again I called and was told that she was almost there...at 725am we are told that the cab broke down...why is there only one cab? So great we miss out train. I then ask if we can get a discount to the Dublin Bart and the dispatcher said he would ask the can driver.. She says no and I'm like really for the inconvenience of me missing the only train that I can catch into work I can't get a slight discount? The.n I proceeded to ask how soon could she get there and I was told she had 3 customers ahead if me! I'm like ok can you make this a priority since once again I'm the customer and you've caused me to miss my train....nope they would not she will take care of her other three calls first even though I've been trying to get somewhere since 6am smh....never again. Worst! Worst! Worst cab service ever! Called them at 130 for a ride home at 230am and they never showed up. I called them 10 times and they kept hanging up on me! Then told me to call the cops for a ride becuase they weren't coming! Don't ever waste your time calling them! I caught a ride with them last night, Funniest cab driver I ever met! He asked me if I was coming out of the rub and tug place? I started cracking up! Then I noticed the bar I was at is connected to a massage parlor that I happened to be standing in front of. Cab smelled like Curry and hot garbage but it showed up within a few minutes and the driver had me cracking up! Only in Tracy is a fine Italian resturant/sports bar connected to a 24hr massage parlor. Maybe I will review the massage parlor soon. Happy or no Happy... read more

Cab driver asked if we were told the rates, said no. He told us it would be $15 flat because we were switching cities... But really shoud be $27.50 because it was two cities from where he was dispatched from. It took him 5 min to reach use because he was dropping someone off nearby. He drove us only 3 miles!!!! I called back and ask how much the rates are... She explained $ 2 and change plus miles... When I explained to her what happened, " oh yeah, that's right," then laughed at me and said $12. What a joke, not to mention I had to crawl over his heap of McDonalds trash in the back and spread my legs to avoid the driver gangster lean! What a joke! I think the worst part was having to listen to him for 3 miles explaining the cost, when we didn't even question his shady bussinness tactics.... Oh and cash only... Hummmm, weird.
