After my very first appointment, my dress went from fitting perfectly to not fitting at all, and with every subsequent appointment it only got worse. Two weeks before my wedding, I realized I had to take a chance and find someone else. I called Le and she knew even before seeing the dress, she immediately understood what was going on and agreed to see me at the end of her workday. When she finally saw the dress, she was shocked by the condition it was in. It had essentially been slapped together by Suzanne's Sewing. The dress had been stretched out and damaged from being repeatedly taken in and out, and mismatched material had even been added under the arm area and along the sides that looked nothing like the original fabric. LE worked on my dress every single day. During the first week I was in the shop every other day, and the week before the wedding I was there every evening. The night before we left for the wedding, I didn't leave her shop until 3 a.m. Despite the condition the dress was in, LE managed to completely transform it. She made sure it fit me perfectly and that the corrective alterations looked seamless. She even prepared a backup dress for me in case the original dress ripped during the reception because of the previous damage. LE is incredibly skilled and has a remarkable eye for detail. With formal gowns, every adjustment affects the entire structure of the dress. If someone doesn't fully understand how each change impacts the rest of the garment, the results can quickly spiral into bigger problems. LE clearly understands this craft at a very high level. If you are getting married or have a special event, this is absolutely the place you should go for alterations...DO NOT GO TO SUZANNE'S SEWING!

Went here to have some patches sewn on my leather vest. This was one of the only places in the area…read morethat I found that could do the work. It was about two weeks to have them sewn on and while they did ask me if it was ok to sew through the liner, they did sew through the liner and pockets rendering the inner left pocket unusable. I don't really use the pockets except maybe to put my phone in, but I would have thought that they wouldn't have done that. All in all I had 4 patches sewn on for $80. As you can see, one got sewn right through the inside pocket. I would have like to have been asked about that, but hindsight being 20/20, I guess if I need any more sewn, I'll let them know. This business seems to do a lot of alterations for wedding dresses, so I'm guessing not a lot of bikers are hitting them up to sew their cuts. Just be aware if that's something you need.

My thought was I'd see how she "worked with" the fabrics. A few days later I met with Rose and that's when I was sold. Beyond being the sweetest person, the moment she starts nipping and pinning ...if YOU know, you know. Rose is a master. That was nearly 8 years ago. Since then, Rose has been a godsend in that she's done amazing work and I would not trust anyone else with my wardrobe. Her latest magic was truly that. I had purchased a dress for an event, but it fit horribly. So I bought several options ...none were as cute as the first, so I in desperation, I reached out to Rose and Annette for help. The day before the event!! They came to my rescue!! I simply couldn't believe how quickly Rose transformed that sack into a perfectly fitting dress Both she and Annette are a joy to work with. Professional, warm and have an incredible attention to detail. I've dealt with tailors at all of the high end stores ~ Annette is far superior in her level of experience and professionalism. We ordered a custom made cover for an outdoor barbecue. We supplied the material and Pam was…read moresupposed to custom measure the barbecue and make a cover that fit. It took months to get her to finish this, and what she finally delivered was awful. The corners of her cover were 5 to 6 inches longer than the barbecue and in the front she bunched up some excess material and sewed it into a strange looking lopsided flap. When I demanded an IOU or a written admission that they lost my property, Davide flat-out refused. It's clear they have zero integrity and no interest in accountability. Whether they are losing clothes through sheer laziness or someone on the inside is helping themselves to the customers' wardrobes, the result is the same: Your expensive clothes will go missing and they will lie to your face about it.
