For the 2nd year in a row, they found an "issue" that apparently HAD to be repaired before passing the annual inspection on her Cruze. Last year, it was a leaky valve cover. $300 later, and they passed the inspection. Part was less than $10 at any online retailer, which makes over 1.5 hours of labor at their $155/hr rate. Highly suspicious. This year, they call her with an $875 bill for a leaking oil filter housing gasket, which they stated had to be completely replaced. This part was between $65-130 online, so... 4 hours of labor? Brah. She has been a faithful Chevrolet owner since the 60's. I remember her bringing home a 1985-ish Chevrolet Celebrity in the worst green color imaginable. that car ran forever. Treating long standing customers with high pressure sales in a repair environment, trying to convince them that there is no alternative is terrible, and on about the same level as those that scam the elderly online and over the phone. I'm glad that I happened to have been home visiting when this happened to send her to an actual reputable garage to get it looked at. Remember that there are other dealers that have the make or model you want, and that can do whatever service you need. Shop around and stay away from these rip-off artists.

Called on a Saturday (Yes, they have Saturday service hours!) and found out I just needed to bring my keys in and it would take less than a half hour to fix. Drove up to the dealership on the same day, the service area is first entrance coming from Route 11. At the garage service desk they got my keys and went to do the fix. Chevrolet Cadillac has a lounge area to wait until the service is done with a huge TV. Chairs were rather comfortable and the fix was made well within a half hour. Overall, they got the job done efficiently and it was a good experience.

They were able to diagnose and repair the problem - a rather involved repair - the very same day, so we could get back on the road. They saved the day!! And to top it off, in the rush to get everyone packed and moving, my wiper fluid was low and I kept forgetting to refill it. I even forgot to ask them for some while I was there. When I picked up my car and drove off, I realized they had filled it for me - free of charge!

We met with Joe late on a Saturday night and he drove to us in Allentown early the next week so we could have a mechanic take a look at the car. The car only needed some minor parts to make it a 100% which Joe took care of. Also, the check engine light came on shortly after we officially bought the car and were driving it home. Joe took care of that too replacing two O2 sensors. Honestly, these guys are top notch. They pick up quality low mile vehicles from Philly to sell up here where the car selection is much poorer and provide customer service that is over and beyond. They even offered to install a dvd system and rear view back up camera for us that we bought on Amazon!
