This is the newest of the three from this company and you are less likely to find better brands randomly on the rack because they do have slightly less volume. But they make up for that with the best customer service by far, they easily blow the other two stores out the water. Staff seemingly like working here, everything is better organized and they actually go out of their way to be helpful. It's night and day from the other two. Prices recently changed, they used to do two colors at 75% and now it's just one. Store is bright and kept up well. I just wish they had fitting rooms and accepted credit cards but they clearly have signs saying cash only as you walk in. Do note there are no returns so inspect things carefully. read more

Woo! Brand new thrift store in the area has over 100 people in line before opening this morning! Even the local radio station is here. Planning ahead is vital as they are cash only (tho rumor has it they have atms in store). They have a wide array of items well organized and displayed. From shoes, to kids stuff, to furniture to luggage they have you covered. I scored an awesome samsonite hard case checked bag for less than 1/4 of the price - score. While items were fairly priced I did see a lot of variation. So some purses for $5, then those by Kate spade for around $20. Parking lot is large and staff and friendly and helpful. Don't skip the luxury corner with higher end pieces as well as some body products (ex. Lotions). You can also make donations here which is an added bonus. Definitely check this place out! read more

I went last night ad my kids and I all found something. I do think it's a tad more expensive than other stores but still fair. I found a North Face jacket for $44 and another $34. I found a Lodge cast iron griddle for $20 which is almost what it cost new. My only feedback was the lack of size organization as they organize by type and color which makes it so you have to go through every single item. Second, the fact that they do not take credit cards at all is kind of nuts. There is an ATM inside but that feels very uncomfortable for me. Oh, they do not offer military/first responder discounts like most other thrift stores. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I will be coming back. read more

No refunds, store credit, or exchanges. No dressing rooms and cash only! They say it's to keep prices low, but they are not cheaper than any other thrift, and in some cases more expensive. Positives first: It looks like a clean, well organized thrift store; prices are good and there's a little bit of everything. However... -Every five minutes an announcement comes on the intercom reminding people to not bother/speak to/or ask questions to the staff putting clothes on the racks. so if you have a question, you have to wait in line to ask someone at the checkout, which is absolutely ridiculous. -There are NO DRESSING ROOMS, just 1 mirror in the back. No returns/exchanges so if you buy clothes and they don't fit, you're stuck. -ONLY ACCEPT CASH, which is extremely inconvenient & sketchy. The owners are either trying to avoid credit card fees or paying full taxes. Either way it's primitive. I will absolutely not be returning!!!!!!! read more

Do not shop here! First, they are cash only, which was a surprise when you go to check out. You would think with it being a grand opening weekend they would let you know from the get go. Also, their company policy is no exchanges or returns, but this is not communicated to customers as they are at the register preparing to pay. I called to ask the store if I could exchange same day, but they declined. The person answering the phone was very rude, and said "they have signs"...but I also heard other customers complaining in store while I was on hold. Those upset customers said they never saw signs either and felt the store robbed them of their money. Quite frankly, I don't blame them, I'm out of $30 as well, as the clothes I picked didn't fit right. Their exchange and cash policies are not listed on their website, which seems like a red flag, why wouldn't they want to make that clear for customers? They also don't have a corporate number, so you're unable to escalate any issues. Seems like a big scam to me. Especially because they don't offer dressing rooms so it definitely seems like they set up their business model to be unfair and take your money. read more
