The good: -great selection. Employees are constantly stocking shelves with go backs and new stuff -can definitely find some bargains. There are color tag sales everyday from 25% - 75% off select items The bad: -no dressing rooms. There are a couple mirrors at end caps where people gather around and try things on, but that gets crowded and it's not easy to try pants on over clothes. Which wouldn't be that big of a deal if they had a different return policy but... - no returns. All sales final - sections organized by color, not by size - not the cleanest space and some of the clothes on the racks have stains/tears, so be sure to really check your items before purchasing - cash only. There is an ATM but of course there are fees to withdraw like all ATMs - prices have gone up considerably in the past several years Overall, still a great store but lots of room for improvement read more

I want to start with this is probably one of the best (if not THE best) thrift store's I've been to in Oregon. The selection is unbeatable with a huge range of options from home decor to clothes, shoes, furniture, Knick Knacks etc. I could spend hours & the fact it's all color coded makes it even better! Also the prices?! UNBELIEVABLE affordable. This really felt like a true thrift store! We were helped out by Juliana who provided the absolute best customer service quite literally ever. From cleaning up the store to ringing us up at the register she was super helpful and super friendly & hilarious!! Ive been coming here for about 3 years now, at least 4 days a week. A lot of people dont know they have new hours. 9 to 9 monday through saturday and open sundays now 11 to 7 They put new items out 7 days a week now also so you never know what youll find. What a great old school thrift store! I've been coming here for years. My military veteran friends always brought their old uniforms and household stuff here in the 1990's and 2000's Great employees and a real good vibe!!! A lot of sports jerseys and stuff from the Midwest as the thrift chain is based out of Illinois and Michigan. Teal Support for old veterans is their gig. A favorite thrift store of mine! It's well organized and items are well priced. Our cashier, Anita, was so friendly!

Parking is extremely tricky, there's plenty of parking, but a lot of people. There are no dressing rooms to try on items. There is no sizing on the racks! All items are separated by ladies, men, boys, girls, and then colors. I did walk out with nothing because I did not want to spend time touching 100 items that were not my size just find one that might be my size. The store is clean, the staff was friendly. They do have two colors on sale at a time and today was yellow and green. There are several items on the racks that are identical, but the tags might be different! I found three of the same shirt, same brand, same colors, same size and had different tags. One was a red tag for five dollars and was not on sale today. One was a yellow tag for six dollars and that would've been half price. If you've got time to kill and enjoy all the touching and looking this is the place to just sort for hidden treasures. read more

This is ALL about inventory-which in the last 6 months has gone from amazing to dumpster diving ! My 'Go-To' for 25 years, but with new ownership the quality of the merch has turned into 2nd rate Goodwill. I know the cost of containers from the East Coast has gotten expensive-so now everything's being sourced locally-and it shows. I sympathize w/ the overhead-but the type of inventory between New York/Chicago versus Gresham/Vancouver is gonna show ! The music was so loud it gave me a headache on top of how many people were there it's def easy to get overstimulated. someeee of the prices are too high in my opinion for a thrift store. for example some nice blankets for $6 others and for $40+. i get the side and thickness difference but seeing stuff over $15 at a thrift store hurts my soul. cash only ! read more

~The ONLY good thing about the store is its size. ~The place is CROWDED and the employees add to the mess by bringing many clothing carts out at once and literally creating a barricade across 5 of the aisles trusting the customers to move them around to get through. ~the prices are high and sometimes ridiculous $1.99 Ikea items selling for $4.99 ~There is no bathroom nor a bathroom within walking distance on the street. ~No fitting rooms ~Only one permanent mirror that several people gather around and try on clothes creating another traffic jam. other people take mirrors that are for sale and start a random dressing area of their own. More traffic jams. ~They ONLY TAKE CASH which was not written in enough places for me to actually see it causing a delay and embarrassment at the counter as I had to step over and use their expensive ATM. ~They also dont offer any sort of paper to protect glass items from cracking against each other which was just an annoying extra inconvenience. ~Items are not always opened before being priced and put on the shelf. This could be really cool!! As in I found a complete set of Christmas hat boxes and the smallest hatbox was filled with vintage xmas ornaments. (didn't buy) OR it could be awkward and annoying as in, I wanted to buy a wooden box but inside it were 11 candles including 2 sets of perfect Christmas snowmen candles still in their box. This being my first time to the store I asked a clerk if the candles were included in the price or if it was just some mistake (like another customer had put the candles in there and then walked away for some reason) The clerk could have told me the way the store works, but instead he took it to his manager and she did something I consider Disgusting. She threw ALL the candles into the TRASHCAN and gave the box back to the clerk to give me my answer. LIKE WTF??? I went and spoke to her directly, I was polite but distressed that she would just throw the candles away, not even charge me for them. I wanted the candles. She wouldn't even remove them from the trash and give them to me, or save them to make more money for the store later. She just didn't want to even bother with the trouble of dealing with me. Of course once the candles were gone from the box, the box was now vastly over priced and the store lost that sale as well. ~The Music is Way too loud and on so many speakers. At one point I happened to be standing near a speaker looking at dresses and they did an overhead announcement that made my ears ring from the noise. ~There is a lot of clothing but No size organization, not even just a general smaller to the left larger to the right sort of thing. which means every person has to search the entire rack in order to hopefully find something their size. This creates more traffic jams. ~In order to move easier in the store I tried to park my cart out of the way but I found there really isn't any place to do so. its just too crowded. ~I thrift all the time and this place had prices higher than most of the local Goodwills and I really thought Goodwill was hard to beat for expensive thrift goods. Goodwill is usually cleaner, wider aisles, and at least some semblance of order and a bathroom. ~This place was such a bad experience I dont expect to ever return even though I did buy a few items on this visit. read more

I truly don't understand the hype of this place. I've been here plenty of times during my thrifting days and have seen the lines out the door and the parking lot full and wonder what it is people are looking for? First and foremost, the cashiers/staff are the most unfriendly and aggressive people ever. The stuff here is literal trash - its like the Goodwill bins store except everything is on a rack or hanger. The furniture looks like they picked it up from the local dump - not exaggerating. There are passive aggressive notes all over the store, too. It used to be affordable but now it's just overpriced for junk. You're probably just as well off going to Goodwill and at least they'll pleasantly greet you when you walk in. read more
