I asked what the most inexpensive item in the store was so I can get the discount but she basically said I had to figure it out by myself and that she can only suggest getting some socks, that were more than I wanted to spend. I then told my daughter to get a Croc charm thing that was only $5, after looking around for cheap items for an extra 10 mins or so. We checked out and I noticed they only gave me $5 off, when the coupon said $15. She then told me Nike does not qualify for the discount. Not sure how I got the $5 off if that was the case, but the Croc charm ended up being free. It would have been nice to know Nike wouldnt qualify (she didnt communicate this when she told me to find another item to get the discount) and i wasted my time looking for an additional item! Also, I asked for another pair of shoes because the ones we originally picked were dirty, especially the laces. The cashier girl rolled her eyes and said they don't have any other shoes in the back. I asked her if we could at least have some new laces because these were pretty dirty, she said no we can't do that. So I asked her what we can do and she said there isn't anything. Then a guy walked over and said he would go look for another pair in my daughter's size. Lo and behold he brings another box in the correct size with clean shoes. If i was the manager here i would definintely take a look at some of the employees, some of them don't seem to care at all. Although, there was one really nice girl on the sales floor that offered to help me when we first walked in, and she was really sweet. Thanks for reading.

Very interesting mercantile shop downtown- general store, meets grocery, meets gift shop. You could…read morefind a little of everything. Some things felt overpriced, but other things were fair. Downtown is touristy and artsy, sometimes that equals higher pricetags. We found some gifts for family and I snagged a cold beverage too. Fun to check out the store in its entirety- it is much bigger than I originally thought and don't miss going upstairs!

It's like they're doing me a favor by being there rather than welcoming a customer. I did find a cool felted wool mini purse, reasonably priced, and I bought it. But even during the checkout process the 'tude was there. And it's not like it was busy and she was distracted, there wasn't another soul in the store. With so many other cool, welcoming shops in Snohomish that have lots of eclectic and artsy inventory I won't bother going back to this one.

The employee at the cash register was nice. Minus 1 star for only being able to buy one canister due to low stock and some prices, not all, being a little high. I also think they could have a better selection of dumbbells and different type of weight plates. They have weight plates but could have a better variety. Rubber coated, non rubber coated, regular, olympic power lifting plates...etc... I have been to big 5 looking at those items before. So although for this visit I wasn't shopping for that, I was here not too long ago.

I really appreciated having someone there to help me figure out what work boots would work for me since I'm an unusually small guy.
