Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I've probably had in the last decade. There was actually more than enough staff to help in a time when most stores try to under-staff to save money. I really appreciated having someone there to help me figure out what work boots would work for me since I'm an unusually small guy. Same with finding a pant size, they had exactly what I needed and I know they would be able to check other stores to help me get what I was looking for if I didn't have it. I seem to have started liking Carhartt cloths and when I walked by Work 'n More; well I found Carhartt mecca as this store is packed with their cloths. It seems to be way bigger on the inside of this store than it appears from the outside; kind of like the Tardis on Dr. Who. There's just racks and racks of all kind of work pants, lined work pants, original, relaxed, carpenter pants. And lots of flannel shirts, gloves and huge selection of work boots. I was so tempted to buy something but not today. If you are looking for some work clothes, boots, jackets and gloves that are well made and tough, this is the place to actually see a full selection without making a blind choice ordering online. read more

Great selection,customer service was awesome. The first time shopping there definitely plan to go back when I need a new pair of boots.

I went in this store to look for a Carhartt sweatshirt for work and asked the older Caucasian lady with black hair for help and found what I was looking for. I continued to look around when she came back up to me asking if I was going to actually buy something and that I had to put the sweatshirt up front behind the counter as if I were going to steal it or something! As I kept looking around she wasn't far and kept following/eyeing me. I felt extremely offended and targeted and according to the other reviews this isn't an uncommon thing to occur at this store. Do not buy from this store! They do not stand behind their product. Pocket falling off due to poor stitching on an item I bought as a gift but because it was more than 30 days ago they said tough luck! You can tell the item hasn't been worn! read more

What great people work in this store; so instantly helpful, friendly and nice. Not a huge store but quite sizable with good prices and sales, military discount! Carhart and Levi's and and whatever other brands, socks, shoes and work shoes, boots, jackets and shirts of course. Great selection especially for men, I think, but I did not check the ladies' section. We were very pleased and finished shopping much more quickly than usual. read more

I've been buying my work clothes from this store for almost five years now, I usually make two or three visits a year to buy whatever I need. The store is large enough for them to carry a pretty respectable selection, ranging from casual t shirts & jeans to overalls and bibs. I've bought several pairs of boots here, many overalls/bibs, gloves, etc etc. On the occasions I do need to purchase something that they don't have in stock or have the wrong size for, they gladly order it for me and I get my order within a few weeks. This is the only store I go for my purchases and will remain so for the foreseeable future! read more

I am a big fan of all Work 'n More for all their safety equipment, work clothing, heavy duty apparel, footwear and heavy duty footwear. Their's a large selection of shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, jeans, shoes, boots, safety equipment and accessories. The prices are OK, could be a little cheaper but the staff are very friendly, helpful and everything is organized. read more

Don't waste your time and money. I have been coming here for over 25 years. They got new staff and a new manager a few years ago and it has gone downhill ever since. The selection is limited due to square footage of the store and staff are RUDE. They used to be better under the former management. Go to Whistle Workwear on Everett Mall Way by Outback Steakhouse. They are much better. Much bigger selection and staff who are actually friendly and know the products they sell. read more

This store offers top of the line safety gear and is very neat and tidy. My only problem is that it is narrow, small, and smells funny...also there was some really bossy woman named Mindy or something like that who was being rather rude to the other employees. They may want to find a more reasonably sized loaction or reorganize and they need to evaluate their employee's attitudes a bit. I will continue to shop here because they have the stuff I need but the other reviewers are a little overly enthused about a tiny store that sells reflective clothing and has less than private changing rooms. read more

This family business is one of the best retail small businesses I've ever visited. Their outdoor and work apparel feature top of the line brands like Carrhart, Wolverine, and more. They recently opened a Bellevue store too to service the eastside. They have a few big sales throughout the year and you can get some of the best deals on name brands. If they don't have a size the staff will make every effort to find the item. It's rare to find businesses that provide the attention to detail with service and quality these days, but this business gets it done. James, Cindy, and Wendy have taken this store to a new level that is hard to find these days. read more

In contrast to my last review on Whistle Workwear (terrible experience!!), my experience at Work n' More was much more pleasant. Upon entry I was greeted by an employee and asked if I needed help with anything specific. I told the employee that I was looking for a specific pair of work boots and the employee promplty led me to the shoe section and although they didn't have what I needed in stock pointed out a few pairs that could work and made other suggestions (such as ordering a pair). The employee gladly gave me all the information available to help me make an informed purchase, and when all the options had been exhausted even suggested other stores that might have what I was looking for. I will definitely return to this store to make future purchases. read more

Bad customer service, asked for help about jeans and asked if all the product was out etc, one response of "yea" and that was it... While they might have quality merchandise in the store, avoid this place!!!! My husband purchased something only two days ago that was dirty off of the clearance rack, when he wanted to exchange for a coat that cost $160 (twice as much), we were told that it wouldn't be accepted. We could not exchange. Why? My husband wore the coat into the store. He actually wore a different coat in the car and put this on just before he walked in. The manager, Brandi, does not have the customer service skills expected for someone in that position. We actually thought we found a store we would shop at in the future. After our customer service experience- No more. Not only was Brandi talking over the top of my husband, she uttered, "you can leave now." Very rude and sarcastic. Everyone has met someone who has unique personal issues that somehow make them take out aggression and their own insecurities in a controlling manner. It's been awhile since I've had an encounter of this kind but my memory has been refreshed. What Brandi doesn't understand is tenaciousness. We just got off the phone with corporate. We're not worried though, I'm sure karma has and will continue to find Brandi;0) read more

Rude and very unprofessional staff. Bought some boots, the ones I really wanted were $169 but they did not have my size in stock, same with the next 6 pairs I chose. I ended up with my 7th choice at $69. Terrible boots, 2 days of very sore feet, we wanted to exchange them for the original pair. Counter girl started by talking down to my wife, very rude, condescending and unprofessional attitude. Accused us multiple time of "being outside" with them, explained I work INSIDE a warehouse, still accused me of being outside, (Was she fallowing me???) I had enough and asked what she would rather have, $100 more or lost business. Started to give me the same attitude she was giving my wife, had my fill, left the boots on the counter and told them we would be charging back. Never had such attitude in retail, I'll be happy to give my $ to a competitor and of course, tell everyone I know. Good job for losing a customer who needs new Carhart's and Boots etc... You lost at least $1000 over the next month from this former customer. read more
