Always good service, along with a great selection of merchandise. I wish that JCP had more stores this size and type.

Maybe update the website to the correct hours. Showed up at 7:15 and was told they closed at 7. Friday night. Website clearly says 8:00.

If you want a big Penney's, go to Lynnwood and deal with the traffic and crowds.

However, this store always has what I'm looking for, the employees are nice and when I've been there, aside from the occasional customer throwing stuff all around isles, it's clean and organized. :)

This was honestly one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've had…read more We stopped into Ross to look at a watch in one of the locked display cases. After pressing the assistance button twice and waiting about 15 minutes, a woman with a tribal tattoo sleeve on her arm walking by finally asked if we needed help. We showed her the watch we wanted, decided to buy it, and she told us she would ring us up right there. Great, or so we thought. Then she disappeared. We waited another 20 minutes, pressed the help button two more times, and still nobody came to help. Meanwhile, the line at the front registers kept growing and stretching into the shopping aisle with only two cashiers open. At that point, we split up. One of us waited in the regular checkout line while the other stayed near the jewelry counter, expecting the employee who had helped us to return and complete the purchase as promised. Another 20 minutes passed. Eventually, we tracked down the same employee. Her response? We needed to speak with a cashier. Excuse me... you're the person who helped us, took the watch, told us you'd ring us up, walked it over to an open register, and then disappeared. Why are we now being told to start over with someone else? The only bright spot in this entire experience was an employee with long, wavy hair who actually seemed to know what was going on but was busy cashiering and couldn't quite help. In total, we spent about 45 minutes waiting just to buy a single watch. We left the store feeling stressed, annoyed, and completely let down by the lack of customer service. This Ross seriously needs better communication and staffing. Worst shopping experience I've had in a long time.

Location isn't exactly where it says on google maps so I honestly thought it had closed - but alas…read moreI did find it. Staff were pleasant though busy with other customers. Everything seemed to be about 40% off and most was last seasons colors. My big issue is that they only had a handful of items that were actually down, most things were 100% polyester fill but priced like they were down. They did have a lot of sizes even in the clearance section.

His time in Latin America also showed him the plight of those in abject poverty. Davis later moved to the United States, where he pursued advanced degrees in business and international studies. He started several successful e-commerce businesses, two of which took him to Brazil, where he lived from 2010 to 2013. Despite his success, he wanted to do more to make a difference in the world. For his next venture, he decided to merge his love of travel with a poverty-fighting business model. Each customer's purchase would give to those living in the world's poorest regions. He named the company Cotopaxi to represent the spirit of adventure, optimism, and determination that he'd experienced during his time in Ecuador.
