In a loud, rude and sarcastic manner. I apologized to her for not hearing her, and of course she ignored that. What rude behavior not only to myself but to the customers who she was checking out at the check stand. I won't be back. Managers: maybe give your workers more training in customer service and stop training them to shout down everyone who walks in and out of the store.
