Standard Ross store. Fairly well organized compared to others. The employees are not friendly whatsoever. The gal at the dressing room never uttered a word to us. We all have bad days, but the restrooms......wow. it smelled obscenely like urine, and the filth was terrible. According to their inspection record, it was last cleaned March 1st. One of the worse stores I've ever been in. Act like fort Knox. Want even let you use the restroom. People should just piss and shit in the floor. No worse than them not letting you use the restroom. People with disabilities should open a class lawsuit against them. They are just to lazy and stingy to clean the restroom. People have been getting away with stuff like this since the pandemic. All they have in there is stuff other stores couldn't sell. Daily challenge to piss in the floor so they have to clean it up. I used the self checkout the girl was standing there and still wanted to see the receipt. I would think twice before going there they don't care anything about their customers. read more

Everything here is so decently priced and there are a large variety of clothes to choose from, that way you won't have to worry about someone else wearing the same things as you. Sometimes you can hit the jackpot and find some really unique stuff that you won't be able to find anywhere else! Ross has it's fair share of junk, BUT they randomly have some pretty good finds. In my opinion, it's definitely worth it to stop by every one in awhile and hunt for items I don't want to pay department store prices for. I stopped by on Tuesday to look for blanket storage bench, which they did have, but not in the style I was looking for. Decently sized, and priced - at around $99. I've seen these for around double that price at many other stores. I ended up finding a really cool over-the-door organizer for pet stuff, and some nice black shelf/drawer liner - same brand they have at the hardware store, for less. Couple of sweet finds for cheap. This store is much more organized than many Ross stores I've been in. read more

I absolutely love this place! There are so many great deals. I recently moved and they provided basically all of my new home decor. Ross has everything you could need for fraction of the price and the employees are so friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the store can be slightly disorganized and the check out line can get backed up. read more

Used to be a decent place to score a deal, but lately has felt more like the bargain bins at goodwill. Most sections of the store are littered with clutter, and left in complete disarray. This location tends to be decently stocked but the customer service is so poor each time I shop there it makes me want to try another location. I had a return to this location for an item I purchased on October 15th. I decided to return it November 15. Per Ross' return policy I believed that I was within the return window. When I got to the store the purchase line was extremely long but there were two cashiers - one that appeared to be helping the purchase line and one that was helping the return line. The cashier on the return line blatantly ignored me and took the person in the return line. When I asked why she'd done so she rudely replied "she didn't tell the woman to come up here". That scenario was a bit frustrating and hurtful, but I continued the transaction. I was then told that since October has 31 days it was a day past the return period. I asked to speak with the manager and eventually received my refund though I was spoken down to throughout the entire transaction. I will not return to this location. read more

The worst management I have ever seen. We spend hundreds of dollars here a month and came in and made a $175.00 purchase and and the cashier forgot to bag 1 of the shirts granted the cheapest item on the receipt. We went back 1 hours later and waited for 45 min for the manager to look at camera records to see if we were lying. We know all of the cashiers buy name because we shop here weekly and yet still no help. So we walked out and I will be contacting there cooperate office to dial a formal complaint and the BBB . Great deals on name brands and even off brands. The store is usally clean and well manned. Ross is great for purses, shoes and clothes. They used to have a great housewares area but has slacked off in the past year. I think the only thing I would like to see change in this store is having them start to carry quality jewelry. read more

My visit was going okay until checkout, we obviously had a lot of stuff. We were checking out on the register with the manager on duty of this shift and while he was bagging everything up he saw us putting everything back in the cart, mind you you'd think since these people work here they'd know to tell their customers that they can't bring the wagons outside. It's was just me and one other person, and we had A LOT of heavy stuff. But since we didn't know we tried to push the wagon outside but the pole hit the door and the cashier that was next to us literally screamed that we couldn't bring the wagon outside. Yeah, obviously???? Anyway there was no line but the cashiers or any employees didn't offer ANY help with our stuff. Not even hold the door open, and I knew that they saw us struggling because when we were walking out one of the women employees said "that's a lot of stuff to carry for a small girl". We spent $245 at this junk place with people who need to keep their mouths shut if they're not going to help. Last time we'll be here and spend our money, we got better service at the DOLLAR store next door. read more

The Ross location on TV Hwy absolutely the worst and the slowest when it comes to paying for your purchases. Absolutely a nightmare. Very very poorly managed.. Went over there last week to purchase a $50 gift card for my wife. That's what she wanted. Only 1 register open and about 13 people standing in line. A lady behind me after 15 minutes of waiting commented how slow they are5 placed her stuff down and walked out. I also after another 8 minutes went up to the cashier asked why don't they have more registers open and he said I was just going to get someone. Don't they have managers that can see the problem. They just lost 2 customers. 3 weeks ago went over there store fairly busy I went up to pay for my stuff and noticed 2 registers open. And about 12 to15 people waiting in line. And about 10 minutes in to waiting in line the female employee working the register tells the other employee to go on her break and she can handle it. And all the customers in line can hear this and we are looking at each other. The second female cashier sayz to her she is okay waiting and help out longer. The first cashier tells her just go now. After last week incident I decided to call the District Manager. I was very disappointed after I talked to him. Not at all apologetic. He suggested I should maybe visit the other Ross locations. Then he said I have a new manager there but she has to complete her training. I told him a manager or a supervisor on the floor can't make a decision to add another cashier or schedule 2 cashiers unless they finish their training. It's called common sense. I don't know how they stay business. I suggested to the DM to put a sign at the register that reminds them to call for backup or get a manager for assistance. All the DM said is the new manager is only on her 4th week of training. Even after 4 weeks they can't make that decision.. We will never ever shop at Ross again . Even when the DM suggested we can visit other locations because he wants to salvage his unhappy customers.. Never ever again. read more

I dont even know where to start off so ill explain my entire experiance this past weekend. My boyfriend and i decided to stop by ross to look around and see if we ran into anything interesting. Walking in we were greeted in a very forced way,no smiles what so ever.we start walking around the store and find some clothing pieces we wanted to try on so we head to the try on area where there is usually someone there to assist you but there was no one there. I headed to the front of the store and asked for assistance and they said they would have someone there shortly. 5 minutes went by and nothing. We kept looking around and decided we would buy the shirts we wanted to try on. We were in line and i noticed they had moved all their makeup to the line area. I started looking through the makeup and it was a dissaster! Broken eyeshadows,smeared lipgloss,over priced brushes,and missing products from makeup sets. Unfortunatly after buying the shirts we came back the next day in the morning because my shirt was too big. The purchase line was super long but since i only had a return i was called up quickly. I started looking around and there was over 20 people in line and only 2 cash registers open. The manager was just standing around. The lady who helped us at the cash register was a sweetheart but she looked exhausted and over whelmed so i asked if she was okay and she explaind that she had just gotten back from break and she still sees some of the same faces that were in line before she left. The lady at the other cash register kept calling for backup and no one came to the front. The most upsetting thing was just seeing the manager standing there not trying to find a solution or her herself helping out. As we were about to leave there was a little boy waiting for his mom to finish paying and the little boy touched some equipment that they had laying around and thats when the manager decided to yell at the boy instead of walking up to him and politely asking him to not touch the equipment because he could hurt himself or break it. I personally might only visit this place again but only because its the closest location to me but i really hope they do get a more professional management team read more

Suffice to say, if you were my employees I would fire all of you and start over with any of the 10,000 people that would be happy to do your job with a smile on their face (even if it's a fake damn smile). I find this Ross location to be the best in Washington County as far as selection, cleanliness of store and fitting rooms go. Sometimes the cashiers can be unfriendly, but it's always obvious that comes from being overwhelmed with the large lines that Ross often has. read more
