Most of the time we go in thinking we know exactly which pair we want after stalking the website, but trying them on in person is a must. Sometimes the pair you didn't expect ends up being the one. And my favorite part? The boot branding in store. Such a cool personal touch. Since moving to Nashville almost two years ago, I may or may not have built a small Tecovas collection. No regrets. I don't understand their business model as anyone who can afford to shop there expects a minimal level of customer service and will happily spend their money elsewhere.
