Tracy greeted me at the door with a mask on, and you could still tell that she was smiling. (Great way to be greeted!) After browsing for a while a young man named Cory asked me if I needed any assistance and I asked his opinion on some shoes. He gave me some great opinions and helped me pick out the perfect shoes for my little girl. I decided on some sparkly, light up shoes. (My daughter loves them , she claims they make her run fast) Cory led me to the register when I was ready to check out where a young man named Michael checked me out. Very nice, great customer service from the whole crew. Clean, organized store, easy to navigate and staff is not overly pushy when you don't want to be bothered. He was smiling at her the entire time. She was very helpful and very kind. We found the right jacket at a wonderful price and couldn't be happier. I followed where her finger pointed, but couldn't find anything; so I found a second lady that was straightening up and asked her. She said that they didn't even carry it. Though I was pretty disappointed in the service, they did have a pretty awesome clearance section where my friend and I were both able to find a pair of shoes for under $20.
