What a great experience here with Elle. I've been trying to find a comfortable shoe for me for a…read morewhile as I've had some ankle pain with certain shoes as I've ramped up my fitness routine. I finally decided to head to this business after seeing they scan your foot as part of the process. I am so happy to have gone here! They scanned my feet and also studied the way I walked. I was helped by Elle who was kind and professional. She recommended a 3D foot insole as well that would be specific to the data found on the scan. All in all 10/10 experience and I'm hoping the insole helps with the issues I've been having as I have ramped up my fitness routine. It's great that they have a 30 day return policy just in case it doesn't work out (but fingers crossed!). As far as cost, the shoe seems pretty standard at about 150$. The 3D printed insole is about 120$. Overall, I am very hopeful that this will work due to all the data they gathered. Fingers crossed!

This store is excellent. I am not a runner, I have RA and went to get some shoes. About 2 weeks…read morelater, my ortho said these shoes are perfect- innersoles and all. The gal who fitted me did an excellent job even though I am not an athlete, I am not super young, and was in unbearable pain. If you are hesitant- go here, they respectfully assess your feet and gait using a step technology then fit you with what works. I will never go to another store, this is the place. My feet require surgery with screws and all and a year later I am walking comfortably (never thought I would say that!). Spend the little extra on custom insoles- it is SO worth it.

Worth getting some shoes for my diabetes, which works for me, I'll comment after I get my shoes .read more

I will not be using again and strongly suggest going else where…read more I have had custom orthotics for just over 5 years now, I get a new pair with the military every year. This was my last pair before retirement. I have plantar facilitates, pes planus, and pretty bad neuropathy that is not diabetic related (idiopathic findings.) With that being said Im well aware that Inserts themselves aren't this magic treatment however, this is the first location in five years in WA that I have had issues. Issues to the point that whoever had glued the top back wards. What I mean is left is right, right is left. If that makes sense. When initially trying them on before leaving for the first time; I complained that my arches fill like they are slipping off and a pinching / stabbing sensation was occurring. Along with really rubbing on the outside. This wound up chewing the inside of my shoe up pretty good. Nevertheless, I was told that was all part of the break in and to just where them, they were good And just needed to get use to them. I wore them for the duration of time they requested and yet had zero change. I returned and had to go back the next day for an appointment so, they could be adjusted. I returned the next day when they found the issue of them being put on "backwards" I was unable to leave with the inserts and given a temporary insert as was informed they would need to reglue with a new insert. Once again I then had to return with the second pair as they had the same issue. Returning and dropping off the inserts I already knew my inserts were going to take time to adjust and would need to be mailed. This is due to the fact I'm retiring after a full 20+ career and would be out of the state. Fast forward and the inserts have now been mailed .... however, they are still not correct. The Right side for both R1&2 are not as wide as L1&2 by a large margin. In addition, when readjusting/ inserting the new layer on repair, there is now glue or air trapped under the top cushion. I'm sure it's part of the "break in right? I'm unable to go back in now, for any adjustments due to being out of state and honestly after being back and fourth on four separate occasions would not bother. If going through podiatry with the military and being referred for orthotics, I urge you to go anywhere else. This location will be the closest to the base and generally the first one that pops up and recommended for referral from podiatry . Again, try and find somewhere else. I see a lot of positive reviews, although this was not my experience. Hope this helps someone like me who after years of breaking your body finally tries to get some assistance. Pictures may be hard to see but maybe not... All I can say is Althea's .... "This is not the way"

I'm forever a fan of any shoe store that specializes in what they do. And they definitely…read morespecialize in wide shoes here. Walking in, I had no idea what to expect. Honestly as a 40 something year old who wants to remain forever young, I thought the choices here were going to be more senior citizen status. But who am I kidding, my shoe preference is definitely comfort over everything. However, I'll have to admit they had a pretty decent mix of styles. The gentleman helping us (who I assumed is the owner) was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. We talked about width sizes and how people think width sizes work vs. how they actually work. He suggested to measure my foot because people don't always wear the correct size shoe. In the end, What I genuinely appreciated was no pressure to buy. I was left at my leisure to look and ask for what I wanted. When I caught a boot that fancied my eyes, he didn't have my size in stock but came out with one size smaller and He brought it out and helped me put it on. What shook my inner soul was the fact that he was able to instantly slide the zipper up my thick ankles and calf. No hesitation, no resistance, nothing! I stood up and was amazed at the comfort. Even in a boot one size smaller than I normally wear. I wanted to buy that size but he was very concerned about the toe room and informed me about how much toe room I should actually have. So he said he could order my size and because they were in stock at the distribution warehouse center that was close, I would have the boots in 3-4 days. And as promised he called me and I had the boots in 3 days. I was also given good information on when to buy future shoes for different seasons. So that information was beyond helpful. It was good to hear when the good stock would be available. I had such a good visit and experience, I wanted to write my review quickly after my visit but decided I would wait until I picked up my shoes. I wanted to see if I would have the same experience and I did. In fact, the same gentleman was helping another customer who was a first timer and he was just as friendly with her as he was with me. And he didn't even get the sale but he treated her very genuinely. Boots in hand and took them home and they fit even better than expected. I can't wait to go back for more shoes. Sandals, tennis shoes, ankle boots, dress flats, - they all are calling my name.

We tried on about 4 types of shoes and decided on 2 of them. One was not in stock in the color we wanted so they ordered it from their Edmonds store and will call us when it comes in. The store is small but they have a lot of shoes in back. The shoes on display all have the prices listed on the soles but the actual shoes from the back and the boxes on sale didn't have prices listed on them so they had to tell us the prices. The shoes are very comfortable and high quality but you'll be spending a premium price for them. The ones we got were around $170 and $140 ( that one was on sale). The staff was so nice and helpful
