When I asked her the return policy she was not able to articulate it. I asked the manager and she said 60 days. I then went back to order and she was socialized with another customer for an excessively long time. It is experiences like this that make me want to get rung up at a store by AI. I blame Rack Room for not teacching the associate the return policy. Everybody that works in retail should know the return policy of their respective store. I also blame the associate. She should have got the manager when she didn't know the answer but she didn't. Then she socialized excessively with another customer. I questioned that and she snapped back with"Not with that attitude" She almost got cussed out, All I did was question the denial of Klarna. Academy if you have snappy managers like this then you need to look into it. My wife didn't purchase the gun even after being told she could finance thru Sezzle. It's as if they are simply caretaking the place, and the way some shoes are just strewn on display, it doesn't look like their doing due diligence in that area. Shoe selection is wide and varied, but the actual sizes offered are always - and I mean always - hit or miss. Another source of frustration. I do like that the store is larger and has more of a selection, so that is plus to entice me to drop in when I'm in the area.
