Had a great experience with Redbox+. They were the most affordable option in the area and the customer service and driver were super helpful. Our driveway wasn't quite long enough to fit the 10 yard dumpster but the driver was able expertly maneuver the bin at an angle across the paved yard and driveway so it was easily accessible. We went over our one ton weight limit for the bin we ordered but the extra fee was completely reasonable. read more

We just used Redbox Dumpsters for a remodeling project and couldn't be more pleased. Their price was the most affordable of the 3 companies that I called and the service was excellent. The driver notified us at both the delivery and pick up and was an expert at placement and pick up though there were six other construction trucks in front of our house. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They let you order a dumpster, after confirmation of your address, accepts full payment, then says they can't service my area the day before its supposed to arrive. Then they say it will take a week for a refund!! Ridiculous! Then the manager hangs up on you during the middle of the call! Worst place ever!!!! read more

Blessing in disguise. I was having such a hard time getting open top containers pick up exchanges in a timely manner through other companies. Somebody told me the saw one of their Redbox containers and said to give them a try. I'm so glad I listened. Update 13Jul2022 - I'm pleased to see that I was credited for majority of the overage charges. Not sure if it was a billing error or they saw my review. One correction below, I was charged an overage of 1.4 tons, which has now been revised to an overage of .2 ton, which seems more realistic. Updated my review to 4 stars. Cheers! Redbox pricing is certainly competitive upfront compared to my regular garbage disposal company and it was very easy to schedule a dumpster. They delivered and picked up on-time and as per schedule. My one issue is that they later sent me a bill for an additional .4 ton. We threw away cardboard boxes from our recent move, one queen size mattress/box spring, a desk, and misc small items. I find it hard to believe I went over 2000lbs when we didn't dump any dirt or building materials. read more

I had used Redbox+ for a bathroom remodel cleanup, it was actually not much debris and they originally send me a quote for $325 dollars and they had never told me that if it was heavier than one ton they were going to charge me more but when i receive the final bill they had charge another $118.00 so that was not expected and they never notified me so I would never recommend them or use them once again as they came out cheaper in the beginning but at the end it was way more expensive than others so please be careful if you end up using them for any services read more

I just love this company! They have been consistent with their service (3rd time renting from them). This time, we weren't going to be available when the bin was going to be delivered. We marked the spot where we wanted it placed and it was parked spot on! We were undecided on when we wanted a pick up, so I spoke with Diane about our options. I had a delivery scheduled for a washer and dryer that couldnt be delivered if the bin was still there and didnt have an eta on the delivery. The pick up of the bin would be the same day as the delivery of the appliance. I had mentioned this to her, but I didnt commit to the pick up day and Redbox was closed the next day. I didnt get a chance to confirm because I was so busy cleaning out the garage and before I knew it, they were closed for the weeknend. I was very stressed about having the bin in the way because I finally got my eta of my appliance delivery and it was 7-11am! On Sunday night, I was suprised to get a call from Diane as she was creating the routes for Monday. She had recalled our conversation and knew I needed the bin removed before our appliance delivery. When I mentioned that we had an early delivery, she said that she can get a driver out to pick up as early as 6am. I was so relieved! Pick up day: Because we needed to move our vehicle, we were up early. Ricardo arrived on time and was apologetic for the early am pick up, but we appreciated the accomodation. He was the same driver that completed the drop off. Considering how early it was, he was still very friendly. I love the great customer service, friendliness, personable and professional encounters with this business. They have been consistent every time! I needed to rent a dumpster for my mother, who was beginning construction at her house. After calling multiple companies, I spoke with Diana at Redbox. Their pricing was very competitive, and Diana was extremely helpful when it came to picking out a dumpster. My mom's driveway is very narrow, and I wasn't sure that it would fit. Diana went on Google earth, looked at the property, and helped me to configure a plan to get the dumpster on the property. Additionally, when it came time for delivery, Danae (the awesome female driver) arrived at my mom's house, and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me fit the container into the driveway.
