SCAM SCAM SCAM This company delivered One Low Bow never picked it up and never supplied the second unit while construction was in progress We were delayed for 3 days . Vanessa, the person in charge refused to answer calls and texts and charged the credit card Twice without our consent. Easy to work with and good pricing. I ordered the 10 yard roll-off and they were able to deliver before 8 a.m. the next morning. On subsequent bins, they also were able to deliver the next day. I plan on using them again! read more

The process and communications were very quick and easy to request a small dumpster to arrive the following day. Shauna was very helpful, easy to reach, and very responsive. I was doing some work on my and needed to dump concrete and rocks. I did a quick Google search to rent a dump to get rid of it. By far this was the cheapest option, great price compared to others. Communications was fast and easy and was able to communicate through text as well. Service was fast as well, I needed it the next day and the dumpster was there the next morning at 715am. If I could leave less stars I would. They said they could possibly do a same day pick up. This was not accurate. They dropped on Saturday, I called Monday at 8 am for pickup. They said 24-48 hrs. Never came. Called again Wednesday am, they said they would make an emergency pickup. Never came. It's Friday, called twice, no pickup yet. I did find out that they are subcontracting to another service. Be warned, if you don't want to stare are a dumpster of garbage for a week, don't use them. read more

Stay away from this company, they are an affiliate of Pacific Dumpsters, Inc. which provides rentals of dumpster bins and I ordered a 25 year bin at a rate of $625 for 7 days. The order was placed on 3/26/2022 and I extended the bin rental on two separate occasions, one for 7 days until 4/8/2022 and then for two extra days until 4/11/2022. I paid for all of these costs upfront. On 4/9/2022, I received a call saying that the bin was picked up early that Saturday. I called the company and asked them to bring back my bin because I had workers arriving the next day on Sunday and I needed the bin. They responded by bringing me back a smaller 10 yard bin. I was subsequently charged on 4/11/2022 for an overweight charge of 3.81 tons and for 3 gallons of paint/hard-to-handle fee. These overweight charges were made to my card before the smaller 10 yard bin was even picked up. I called multiple times asking how I could have an overweight for a bin that was not even used. They initially offered a small discount on my next bin, and I said I want a refund on the overcharges. They said they would provide me with the receipt from the landfill which I have not received. I also told them that there was no paint discharged. They told me they would also provide me with that receipt which I have yet to receive. I asked numerous times to speak to a manager and nobody would call me. I finally had to call and demand to speak to the manager and Shella Jivita called me from 818-800-2663 on 4/25/2022. She disputed my claim. I asked to speak to the owner and she said the owner in unavailable. I looked up the corporation on the CA business website, and Shella Jivita is indeed the owner. Shella asked what I wanted. I told her I want a refund on the $514.35 and $650. She said she would give it to me, but would not do business with me again. I am still waiting for my refund and I have not heard back from them. I have tried calling her again and she will not return my calls. read more

Very slow in picking the dumpsters up. We called and called for them to pick up the large dumpster before our contractor started the concrete job. They never came. My contractor had to work around the dumpsters. Then when they finally picked up the smaller dumpster, they scratched my new $3100 concrete job on both sides of the driveway by dragging the dumpster all over the new concrete. I have called and called tried to resolve this issue with OC Dumpster Rentals and even sent them pictures of the damage. No call back. Very poor customer service. It is worth it to pay more. Should have used my trash service...At least they answer the phone, the dumpsters would have been picked up in a timely manner, and probably wouldn't have caused such damage.
