I called and ordered a bin. Talked to someone named Mike. masked about the bin with lids and wheels. He said yes all our bins are outfitted like that. So a few days later the bin was delivered and NO LID OR WHEELS. Ugly orange and looks like it's been thru a war. Nothing like what OC Bins advertised but the same price. Disappointed beyond words. OC Bin Rentals has been my go to for the last couple of years and they are awesome! Their pricing is great and their customer service is amazing! I literally get responses and immediate service 7 days a week from these guys! In my trade we often need to order lowboys and larger bins last minute and somehow they are always able to accommodate me! They also have a pretty wide service area, so we are able to use them on many different projects. I have tried almost every company out there and can say with all certainty that these guys are the best! And no one is giving me any gift card or anything to say this! They are responsive, but don't expect the bin to picked up or dropped off on time. Also expect extra charges, for that they are on time. We rented a dumpster after my father passed away and we had to clean out his garage in a hurry. We called, paid for a 5 day rental, and we were then told "the dispatcher will drop it off when he's in the area." He didn't arrive until the following evening, and the receptionist had zero answers on the timeframe of when he would be dropping it off. We filled the dumpster after only a day and half. When we called them to have it picked up, they said we would have to keep it for the full 5 day rental and they would send dispatch to pick it up "sometime in the next five business days". 5 business days came and went, and it is still in the driveway. I called again asking when it would be picked up and was told "it's actually a 7 day rental and we can take up to 3 more business days to pick it up". ????? When I told the receptionist that I was disappointed with the services/lack of information on pick up and drop off, she said "that's just the way it works". Finally, after much back and forth, the receptionist got someone to come and get it. The price was decent, but the lack of communication and punctuality was very unprofessional. read more

Very attentive customer service! Felicia is always at the phone to answer and resolve my questions/concerns. Dumpster drop-off and pick-up services were also smooth with prompt schedule. Rental arrangement is also very accommodating, we rented the dumpster for a week, then later request to extend additional 3 days to facilitate our project behind schedule, request was resolved/handled in a very smooth and nice manner. We TRIED to rent a dumpster from OC Dumpster. The rental was in place for Wednesday. Wednesday came and went. I called at the end of the day and the owner said "let me call the driver to see where it is, I'll text you in ten minutes". Ten minutes passed no text. I texted for the status after an hour and got no reply. When I called Thursday, I was met with the same "let me call the driver to see where it is". I cancelled. This company is a FRAUD!!!!. First, they were 3 hrs late delivering the dumpster. I called and they said that the driver had truck issue. They told me when I placed the order that the dumpster will be picked up the very next day after I called. I waited for five days after I called for it to be pick up. After the transaction I found out there was a $30 charge on my credit card coming from this company I called the company and they said it was a charge for the grass roots that was in the dirt. Prior to using them I've used another company which I filled the dumpster with the same material, I've never had that other company complains about the grass roots. I guess the other company has the common sense that grass roots are part of the dirt in the ground. Bottom line is that OC Dumster will nickel and dime you and if you don't pay attention you will be taken advantage of and be careful about giving the your credit card information, they will make up BS charge without letting you know. I am new to this whole dumpster thing, but I am so glad I decided to go with this company. My neighbor had recommended them to me, but I was a bit skeptical due to their yelp page. I spoke to the office and they assured me that these yelp reviews had been from angry customers from years ago and that they had made huge adjustments in their policies and scheduling to avoid any sort of issues like that again. So, I decided to give it a try. And I can honestly say I really enjoyed the whole process. A 1 Start Review for this company is far too much, they deserve -100 stars. In the 10 years I have been working in the film industry, I have come across all types of businesses. I can honestly say this is the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Not only did they fail to drop off the dumpster, but I had to call them halfway through the day to find out the status and they didnt even know the dumpster hadnt been dropped off. Their exact words were, "our driver had to call out sick we are sorry" -- but no heads up to let us know our dumpster was not being dropped off?! Am I suppose to dispatch the driver for these people?? They do not do their job, nor do they honor their word. They are crooks, plain and simple. This completely backed up our entire shoot schedule and absolutely screwed us over. They failed to take responsibilty and were hesitant to offer a refund (which we still have not received). To make matters worse, they didnt even come pick up the dumpster on the day it was to be picked up! We had to find out from the homeowner of the site that they were not picked up. This company caused so many problems for us. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had to contact a different company to get the dumpsters picked up from the residence!
