So I still had the box going with the PS4 camera so I boxed it up all nice. I took it to the counter and the damn lady at the counter said that they can't take "new sealed products" back for trade, and so I corrected her and myself saying it's not sealed it's the all original box, and showed her it's open and sealed broken. And she fucking said "well the cameras already saw you, you're going to have to come back tomorrow having this unboxed" I mean what difference does it make?!??!?!?!?! I said i traded it a PS4 controller anniversary edition still in an original box/carton but not at this crap location here but at the mall. But of course she didn't buy into that and said "sorry but ok try your luck at the mall next or come back tomorrow ". I mean HELLLLOOOOO I'll give you my ID And thumbprint and phone number but her excuse was that it's her managers policy. Bull!! Stormed out of there saying the same thing. She pretty much labeled me as a person trying to trade in shoplifted sealed goods from another store and their probably wasting their time looking on the surveillance cameras. Forget this hard to park hard to go location anyways. Never stepping foot in here again. Had to go to the one at weberstown mall and just unboxed that in the car, putting it in a plastic bag. July 20,2026 Good…read moreexperience today , My kid needed his saxophone serviced . I brought it in 4 weeks ago . The rental agency never showed up to pickup and repair/service the instrument in 4 weeks . These intrument rentals are independent of the local musical instrument store . Not a problem , thought w we had time , except band camp and school is starting . Yosemite Street Music did what they could to get my boy a horn for band camp for the upcoming school season. Seems the horn they had for him is an upgrade for he been renting for going on 4 years . My Boy John was happy today to get the great service Yosemite Street Music did for him today . I am not a musican so I brought John in today so they can get a solution for band camp that started today . The owner worked on his instrument to get it to work for band camp, ( it was not his thing to do ,he went above and beyound) Then he offered John a better horn. He had 2 horns to choose from . That are serviced and ready . John tried it out and decided to let his horn go back, after 3-4 years of playing it . I was thankful that my boy got what he needed today .
