I took the tire to Roberts and got a new stem, then a few months later, had another flat tire with broken stem Asked them today when they put new stems on the other 2 tires. I couldn't figure what was wrong, until I was told they don't put new stems in your tires unless you pay for them Thank goodness that Roberts was available. I appreciate their help and also that things have changed when you get new tires now.

I'm horrible with car knowledge and these guys do their best with me. I don't know the oil numbers and they once helped me by doing something normally not done and told me easier way is to save what oil is used because the car I have needs special synthetic stuff. I went in once thinking I had the most horrible leak. It was before actual change time and they they checked it, said it was not a horrible leak and will see if it worsens when change time comes up. So they don't try to get stuff if it actually doesn't need work right away. They are pretty busy guys already. They give you a heads up if something might arise. My second car had a transmission leak and they recommended not to drive it out of town. Awesome people.

The AAA tow truck driver took me to their lot and left after he overfilled the spare on accident. This place looked at the tire and knew something was wrong. They let a bunch of air out, gave me a bottle of water and were so helpful. If they didn't notice the spare was too full it could've been bad. I'm still stuck out here because I can't finish my drive to Flagstaff on a spare tire in a rental but I would recommend this place to anyone. They're wonderful!!!

My rims are brand new and so were the metal valve stems. Except now I have cheap valve stems. First and last time I will use them, besides that I saw who I think is the owner, being super rude to a potential customer who asked if they had used rims for his car.
