Highly recommend. We are in town for Dove hunting and got a big nail in my tire. Went to discount tire first because they were the closest and they said could not patch it without even taking the tire off and giving it a good look and said we would need a new tire. Did some research after that and then took it to Ed's and the tech said let take the tire off the Rim and see if it can be patched. He said a patch will work and he had it fixed and had it back on the car in 20 minutes. Great crew at this location and could not be happier with the service they provided. read more

Made appointment a week in advance for hose and belt replacement. Service to include check all levels and air pressure. Asked if they would have parts and told no problem showed up for appointment (7 miles). Had to order parts so come back tomorrow. 2nd day same story. So as I was leaving for Michigan I went ahead on the 1 hose they had and the serpentine belt. Their belt didn't fit so I gave them my spare. Discovered later they didn't check tire pressure (specifically mentioned rt front low) and no confidence they checked any other levels. Asked to sign a blank charge, asked to see bill and he turned screen around for me to view at extreme angle. Bill only broke down charges for total labor and parts. No listing of services performed . Now I have to add tire pressure before I can leave. A disappointing experience. It was obvious that they hadn't serviced a Workhorse motorhome before when they told me they had to remove the dog house. Not. Thank you. These folks are trustworthy, fair and really looking out for their customers! I could not be more grateful for these guys' consideration and professionalism. Driving across country, we noticed the car seemed to need alignment--badly. We stopped in Yuma, and after a short wait for the assessment they showed me the problem was a tire in really bad and dangerous shape. Not only that, but they gave me a reasonable assessment of the other tires, letting me know that another should get repair soon but could make it back to our destination, Texas. Other places take advantage of customers who don't know better, and they could have too. Instead, they were extremely friendly and looked out for me and my friends. Trying to find a professional way to put this but there is no way to say this but Ed Whitehead does not give a $#!+ about it's costomer care professionalism or safety, at least not with my last three visits. Will never recommend or return even though I purchased a three year alignment contract in which I still have a year and 4 new tires over $700.00. Details are just that they did do what they said they would do and my vehicle still pulls with there manager assuring me that my vehicle is ready driving well. Just can't go back . 5 days later and I have to make a long trip in the morning using a different vehicle. Thanks for all your professionalism. read more

Bought my aftermarket wheels and tires here. Great price and selection. I've been back for regular maintenance and oil changes and they always do a great job. I got a blowout when I landed in Yuma and thank goodness for this place. There are maybe 8 other tire shops on the same block... but this one is a winner because it looks clean and was open earlier at 7am than the other businesses. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They checked my other tires, refilled the other tires air, and strongly suggested a wheel alignment once I got back home. Thanks for making a stressful issue easy to fix. Oh and tire was only $79!
