I recently injured my back and my doctor referred me to Redding Physical Therapy. The staff is very friendly and personable. My main physical therapist was Heather. She worked with me at a pace that allowed me to slowly build up my strength and stretch and loosen my muscles. I worked out on a stationary bike, a weight machine and other apparatuses. Not only did Heather work with me but the entire staff assisted with my recovery. The physical therapists were all very knowledge and worked as a team to assure my safety. The receptionists always greeted me with a smile and called me by my first name as did the entire staff. My recovery was quick and I built up my strength substantially. I highly recommend Redding Physical Therapy to anybody looking for gentle loving supportive care for rehabilitation of any injury or to build up strength and flexibility after surgery. read more
