Coming here reminded me of how not to be when treating patients in the future. The main takeaway I got from this place is, uncared for. Im very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a one time micro needling treatment and it was not worth the money spent. I have gotten five microneedling treatments from "Goodmorning Acupuncture" and the experience I got from them was night to day difference. At Reddy Aesthetics, they did not bother to clean my face before putting the numbing cream on my dirty day face. Luckily, I had rinsed off my face in the bathroom before, but that was just luck. Their service was to put cream on my face before even looking at my skin, or even cleaning it :( I was hoping, since I was coming to a "medical spa" Id get some feedback and information about my skin type and types of scars I have and which treatment would work best for me BEFORE putting numbing cream on my face where it can hide my features. This was so disappointing to me because micro needling is very invasive so you would want to make sure you clean the area well to prevent infection. The treatment itself was terrible compared to the other place I have gotten Microneedling from. It felt like the needling tool was weak, and from time to time would shut down. When the tool shut down as she was moving it felt like the needles got stuck on my face as she slid across. I know for a fact that this is not good for the face because the whole point of microneedling is to have a clean "in and out" motion. The sliding is something that could cause scarring. Im just crossing my fingers hoping that this isn't the case for me. Im genuinely worried. Im also bummed that the person working on my skin didn't take what I had to say and apply it in the session. I told her i have a specific spot that has a deep scar and would like to have special attention in that spot. No communication happened and to me it didn't really feel like she purposely spent extra time or notice. (probably would have taken just a second, or direct press). I asked if she got my jawline, because I didn't feel her go down that far. She just said "you got a good treatment you're red everywhere". But I'm telling you sitting at home my jawline is not red. I would not recommend getting microneedling from this place, you can go somewhere else and get much more out of it, such as a mini cleaning session that preps your skin before this invasive treatment, cooling cream, special lamps that go over your face to kill bacteria, and most of all, a careful and caring practitioner. read more

This place bait and switched me on a laser tattoo removal package. I came in for a consult to remove a less than 1 inch large line work heart tattoo. The office manager (not even a licensed medical professional) took me in an exam room and performed the consult. She said I would need at most 2 sessions and quoted me for a package at $275. I said great and scheduled the appointment. Day of treatment they do the procedure and when I get out the woman at the front desk charges me the $275 and informs me that this is the single treatment price and not the package price. We went back and forth with her calling her manager and they refused to adjust the pricing. The managing staff here is misleading and unprofessional. I found another reputable laser treatment center to do a package of 3 sessions of the same exact laser for $115 - do not waste your money here! read more

NO peeling and very mild redness with the Co2 laser that I paid for on my face, neck and decollete. Did a V pattern on my decollete instead of the whole area. Completely missed half of my upper neck and didnt even do under my chin. I also paid for a Co2 on my full arms the same day which Dr.Reddy chose to spot treat the upper arms. NO peeling with my arms either. Tried to tell me it was the numbing cream? Only gave me $1300 back, I paid $3900 . So I paid $2600 for mild redness and no peeling which isn't a Co2 laser. read more

Update on the previous review. This time, I'll be discussing the RF microneedling. I've already had three sessions and can see a clear difference in my skin. There's less redness in my face and my previous acne scars/spots are less intense. Once again, Reddy Aesthetics is doing amazing! The procedure itself is pretty quick. The longest part is probably at the start when waiting for the numbing cream to set in. The rooms are always clean and air-conditioned though, so it's a pleasant little break. Gives me a chance to catch up on emails or just have a moment to myself. There is a bit of blood that gets taken out in the process, but it's relatively painless. Honestly, you could feel more pain at a blood drive. Marwa is fantastic and - aside from being a polite, friendly, and very calming person in general - makes the process quick and painless. Same with Dr. Reddy herself. They both take the time to explain what they're doing and also frequently check in to see how you're feeling. All in all, I am continually impressed by Reddy Aesthetics. It's more so the people - Isabella and Marwa specifically, they're both super patient and kind - that make this such a positive experience. I went here for two years for laser hair removal on my legs & spent $1300. After 14 sessions, I have seen hardly a difference in my hair. Fast forward to my last 2 recent sessions. In those 2 years I had the same two people do my laser, Dr. Reddy & her PA. I have a small tattoo on my ankle & during the session the PA ran over my tattoo! It was so painful & took the ink out of my tattoo. They just say "sorry it'll be ok". I had a burn on my leg that hurt for 5 days & a scab for a MONTH! So I went back in there pissed for them to tell me oh well we can give you 1 free session. Seriously? It'll cost me $ just to fix my ruined tattoo & the ugly scar that's now on it. So I say ok whatever. I get the free session & then Dr. Reddy runs over my tattoo, AGAIN! I have extremely fair skin & the tattoo is on my ankle it is absolutely impossible to miss. But they don't bother doing anything about it. They just say "sorry we'll make it up to you" but didn't do a damn thing & I didn't want them to because I already wasn't coming back again. So now I have a scar, a tattoo with missing ink, no results for my hair & a lost of $1300. No wonder there's no one ever in there. read more
