I love how close to home this spa is... they have specials every month & Dr. Reddy shows to be caring. I visited before and Nurse Heather did a consult/ Botox for me. Dr Reddy also did a PRP microneedling on my back which improved my skin the test on my stretch mark not so great left a dark spot for months which i understand is part of the testing never complained and actually came back and brought mom along for Botox had a consult with Dr Reedy this was July 2021 but at the end a nurse shadowing her that day did it not happy with the placement of the Botox/dysport too much was injected as the nurse said "we have some left where should I put it" this might of been the mistake I mean you charge me per unit at the end to inject more than needed or not distribute it as when evaluated for treatment. Waited a few days everyone noticed not to say husband after a week of complaining and regretting to self the $$$ spent and result decided to call office to be seen. Dr Reddy saw the result and immediately said we have to inject Botox now to relax the muscle and lower the raised brows even thought we explained what happened to staff they still said we have to pay $ for the units injected to correct the result. I wasn't too happy about this but understand and appreciate the service you guys try to give. I paid for it . Days passed and it made it worst It lowered the eyes tooo much eyes almost shut at times. Like I said I understand the treatment was done and that I'm not disputing I'm disputing that we paid for something that should of been done by Dr Reddy or a well trained experienced injector to avoid the inconvenience, waste of time and money. You must take into consideration this experience. I still would come back and even pay for other services as it has been done but please doctor learn from this for other patients I would appreciate you at-least acknowledge the mistake I imagine the nurse is not even there anymore. The eye doctor saw me and referred me to another specialist appointment. Have a blessed day ! read more

Heather, the nurse who did my laser hair removal and Botox was awesome!! This is a new location that's not super busy yet so I felt like I got extra undivided attention. So far I've gotten really good and noticeable results from the laser hair removal. I still have a few sessions to go but can definitely see a difference for the better. As for my injections, I don't know why I waited this long to try Botox. I love the fact that I have mo more forehead wrinkles, not to mention Heather was extremely knowledgeable about which specific product to use and how to inject to get the best results. It was done sloppy, product was dripping down my face. In addition never have I had breakouts from Botox...now have 2 large hard nodules that won't budge.
