Vinny, Monika, Greg, Emily, they are just so caring, patient and knowledgeable. So much personal attention--they watch and make sure you do every exercise right. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. Very insightful and knowledgeable. He explains the purpose of the exercises while pointing out what each muscle group does while I perform them. If I have difficulty understanding something, he'll explain it to me in a different way. Overall, I find the entire staff to be compassionate, attentive, professional, intelligent and committed! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. They care about helping people get better. You'll see it from how you are greeted on your first visit. I was referred to this practice by my physical therapist while I was in rehab after a car accident…read morethat left me with a broken pelvis, knee and ankle. After 2 weeks in the hospital and 6 weeks in rehab, I was no weight bearing for a while and so this is my attempt at learning to walk again and regaining mobility. My insurance Emblem/ GHI was accepted so I have only a co-pay of $20. The facility is convenient, clean and well staff with a wide range of equipment to service your needs. Katrina, Neil and Anna are amazing. They have been very keen to my needs and the therapeutic practices that would best support my healing journey. The appointments have been honored in a timely manner and I am pleased with the changes in mobility that I've seen. My hope is that over the 16 sessions I'll be able to transition from walker to cane and be fully mobile independently.

The therapy itself and the therapist were all very nice and pretty knowledgeable. The admin side not so much. Unfortunately there were a few issues with paperwork that did delay and interrupt the rehab process. If I had to do physical therapy again I'm not sure I would return due to that mistake. I would only consider it because of the therapists.

I feel like it's almost disrespectful to people coming in for therapy for it to be that bad. I was honestly a little skeeved out the first time I went there. I'm sure people might be kicking the walls or something during some types of therapy or maybe the massage tables scrape the walls. Maybe it's time to repaint and install plexiglass wall guards to prevent that?

Wish I could give more than 5 stars…read more I was experiencing constant lower back pain for a couple months and was admittedly skeptical about whether PT would help. I expected to do some exercises and probably not see much progress. My experience at Core PT shattered those expectations. I initially met with Calvin who was super helpful in diagnosing the issue with my back and getting me started on a personalized treatment plan. I treated mainly with Frank and Julia for about three months. I can't sing their praises loudly enough. Frank could write a book on bedside manner; he always had a positive attitude and reminded me not to get discouraged, reassuring me that I would improve if I stuck with it. He took a dynamic approach to my recovery and made an effort to keep modifying my treatment based on his expertise and understanding of my injury. I received individual attention at every single visit. Julia was there every step of the way to guide my routine and help explain different stretches and exercises--always with encouraging words and an ear-to-ear smile! I made a full recovery after around three months of treatment thanks to the dedication of everyone at Core PT and could never thank them all enough.
