If I could give zero stars I would. We had a 10am appointment and the doctor finally saw us at 11:45. She spent less than 10 minutes in our room and ever look at our son's injuries. She gave us useless referrals that the earliest the other clinics could see us was 4-8 weeks. One referral the doctor she referred us to is no longer at that clinic. She took our paperwork and left then had the nurse remove us to the waiting room and she never came back to talk to us. The registration lady handed us referrals out the window. It was also lunch time so they turned the lights off and locked the door while we waited for our paperwork. We couldn't use anything she gave us. Save your money go somewhere else. Against my better judgement after reading the reviews I went there this morning. First they open at 9am, yet they don't show up until 8:59am and then have to setup. I had my forms already filled out so I could get in right away. I was told that the "doctor" would have to call Blue Shield to verify they accept my PPO plan and I would have to wait. I went in for urgent care, because that's what they market themselves as, and it turns out they don't actually offer urgent care services. So then I ask for an apointment asap, and the front desk lady hands me a hand written paper for me to fill out my personal information. Behind that paper was another patients personal information, that she just handed me to fill my info behind! Where do I start on how unprofessional this doctor office is ran. Dr. Vijyaya Reddy office is primary care and urgent care. First off their hours are all wrong. It says one thing in the window but they actually take 2 hour lunch breaks and lock their doors so you can't even wait inside to be seen. You have to wait out in your car or by the door just to be seen for urgent care. This is the only urgent care I ever been too with this type of business. Dr. Reddy urgent care hours are 9am-4:30 pm with a two hour break around 12 until 2 pm. Dr. Reddy need to consider hiring another medical assistant receptionist that hates her job and is only their to collect a pay check. She's rude,rushy, and flat out unprofessional. She talks to patients as if their bothering her. Dr. Reddy medical assistant that was also there that day was rushy, rude who also acted as if he was being bothered by you coming up the window for assistance. I mean hey I am the patient here treat me like it. I think this Doctor office business has forgotten who pays their bills. UMMMM that would be "Us" (your patients) hard earned money and health insurances. Dr. Reddy didn't care about any of my health concerns. I have a family that has a history of multiple autoimmune disorders. I started to have many symptoms after I contracted covid. Besides calling and leaving messages for weeks, I was finally able to reach someone after 2 months of calling. I went to her with concerns and asked multiple times if she could order tests, she refused and said that she didn't think I had any of those disorders and that I shouldn't worry about them. After the symptoms had developed and gotten worse I demanded she order the tests. She still refused until I stated that my previous doctor had me tested before and he was able to find something that hadn't yet developed. When we received the results she stated that I had rheumatoid arthritis and everything else was negative. She told me she was going to refer me to a rheumatologist. Well that never happened, I called her multiple times to get information and no response from her or the office. I then reached out to another doctor for a second opinion. And what do you know I was diagnosed with Lupus and even worse all my test came back very low or very high. I went months without having medication that could keep this disorder stabilized and from spreading to my organs. And the worse part is that upon my new doctor looking through my records she was able to find that there were many test and documentation that discussed the possibility of me having an autoimmune disorder. This woman doesn't care about her patients and it's very sad that we have someone in a field that is meant to help others and she is not capable of doing this. Another issue was that I was going over something I seen in my medical record about me having kidney disease and she said it was an error possibly made by my old doctor and when I asked her to remove it, she stated it should be fine. The receptionist, Heather, is probably the rudest manager I have ever witnessed in any business. The young gentleman, Christian, who works with her is a saint in my book for being capable of dealing with this hag on a daily basis. She is condescending, loud, and completely unaware of how any sort of customer service is handled. We sat here for an hour waiting to be seen and we witnessed her speaking to Christian like a dog, commenting on a woman's illiteracy who wanted to come in while they were closed, and discussing patient records history loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear. We were the last patient to be seen before lunch time, so I am assuming that is why the visit was so short. Dr. Reddy took look at my boyfriend's eye from about two feet away and immediately said that he would need to go to his PCP, but she would prescribe antibiotics anyway, even though they wouldn't help. Really? Just giving them out like candy huh? We left the room and waiting in the waiting room for the prescription and once again, Heather was talking. It was astounding to see someone tell a coworker to not put the magazines on the chairs, even though that was the only place to put them while he dusted the end table. Then she proceeded to tell him how to stack them and to do it fast. Bless his heart for just smiling and doing it. I want to comment as well about how Heather, who is clearly sick, coughed multiple times into her hands while handling our paperwork. My boyfriend attempted to use the hand sanitizer next to the door but it was bone dry. Every comment on this place talks about how terrible this woman is...how she is still employed is beyond me. I like doctor Reddy as a person but this place rarely returns phone calls. Most of the time when you call you only get the voicemail. The receptionists are not helpful. I have been having issues for months. Issues with referrals, getting refills, ive had to wait an hour past my appointment time to get seen, and the hours are strange. I have reached out to her through the pharmacy, my insurance and with the receptionist to get approval for a medication. This place is one of two urgent cares that accepts my insurance. The other one is quite the commute for me. I've had a great experience here. I didn't even make an appointment and I got seen within 20 minutes. The MA is amazing and extremely nice. Dr. Reddy came in to see me within 10 minutes of getting a room. She was very knowledgeable in my opinion. Since I have a strong science background (I am no physician by all means) I knew enough to understand what she was explaining to me and the reasoning behind it. Dr. Reddy is nice and funny. I was forced into this doctors office via "not many choices left" for workman's comp. Although workman's comp paid Dr. Reddy's office for me to see Dr. Reddy, instead I was pawned off to Dr. Tolentino. I can't even believe such a person was given an MD. I have suffered extensive work related injuries as a motor cop and dealt with an endless flow of health care providers but Dr. Tolentino, in Dr. Reddys office, took the cake. She first saw me in mid November, recommended some treatments and because this doctor can't figure out how to submit an RFA (reason for authorization) through workman's compensation (even though she is a workman's comp doctor), all suggested treatments were denied, even PT. Because she failed to follow appropriate comp protocol, utilization review board of comp wanted a peer to peer phone call, which is quite customary. I was still waiting for initial prescribed treatments by the end of January when I got the report back from workman's comp saying treatments were denied because Dr. Tolentino never responded back to their inquiry, her having filled out the initial paperwork incorrectly. When I inquired with my adjuster the results of the call he placed to her about submitting the correct paperwork, I was informed the doctor refused to even answer the phone. After I got quite angry with her for her lack of progression and otherwise wretched conduct, she told me wasn't required to take the necessary steps to get things approved if denied in the first place. Even if it being denied in the first place was her fault and she IS required, being on the workman's comp network! Being out on injury from your job is already stressful in itself. Being injured in performing normal duties of life is horrid. Seeking medical treatment you're directed to because they are on your work comp network and you have no other choice is wretched. Having the doctor stomp her foot and flat out tell you she's not doing the work necessary to get you your treatment? Priceless! And not in a good way... read more

We went their for my mother because she was very sick but doctor Reddy insisted that she was guy healthy even though my mother was clearly sick. Doctor was rude and absolutely I Uncaring and horrible. A day later she was taken to the hospital and was admitted in for a week as she got more anf more sick. Finally when we went back to Reddy for my mother's check up on which the doctor at the Hospital insisted we should do she was even more rude when we confronted her on it. This urgent care center was one of the very few in California that accepted my medical group so I drove several miles to be seen. I had a piece of pencil led stuck under my skin (but not too deep in) and I needed it removed. The front desk employee (white young woman) said that they are out of numbing agent so they can't see me and that I should go to an emergency room instead. When you work, going to an emergency room and waiting for over 18 hours is not feasible. This is what I actually ended up doing, and of course I had to miss work the next day. My injury is considered "non-urgent" compared to other emergency room patients... but it is something that needs to be treated nonetheless... and I can't wait 3 months to set up an appointment with my primary care physician, then 5 more months for a dermatology referral, then 2 months for a dermatology appointment. What kind of an urgent care facility runs out of numbing cream?? I even agreed to do the procedure without the cream and they still refused to remove the foreign object from my skin. IT WAS VERY CLEAR THAT DR. REDDY JUST WANTED TO GO HOME AN HOUR EARLY INSTEAD OF TREATING THE PATIENTS SHE'S PAID TO TREAT. Waste of time. Completely horrible!! If I can give a negative star I would! I haven't seen the doctor in two years and tried booking an appt. They kept telling me I was not in their portal when my insurance clearly verified that i was. Giving Dr Reddy's office sometime.. I waited for another month before scheduling an appointment. Today was when I finally got to meet with Dr Reddy& I was super excited because again it's been a really long time since I have seen a doctor to meet my health condition. First off the front receptionist was quite rude and I was able to deal with it, but once I got into the back room, the student trainee was assisting me and hesitated many many times pausing to think of what to inform me as if she had no knowledge of how to help my condition. Once the doctor came to assist me--she already had a bad attitude with me because my 2 year old had turned on her computer screen --YES my husband tried to grab my daughter, but then the doctor began yelling at us stating "these computers are never to be turned on because they cost us money." Then as she saw the screen pop up stating would you like to restore your last session or would you like to cancel... Dr. Reddy points at me and claims "you see you broke it! its gonna cost me a lot of Money to fix it and i am going to bill you for it!!" She then stormed out of the room and demanded her employee to take a look at the computer and reiterated to her employees what she just yelled at me about. I walked in to an empty waiting room, requested to see the MD for arthritis, specifically cortisone. I was admonished for not having a primary care MD, I was then told they don't give out pain meds, (never asked for any!) and was told the wait was over an ! Suggested I make an appt which I did for 3 1/2 hours later. We went and had some lunch, still had over 2 hours to wait so we went to Urgent Care on Bruceville, had to wait about 20 minutes in a crowded waiting room. Saw the MD, had an xray, got a script for cortisone, went to CVS to fill the script, and was still finished well before the scheduled appt at this place. I wouldn't go here again! read more

I had a car accident a week before but was out of town. I still felt like maybe I needed x-rays so I called Blue Shield to find out an urgent care to do so. Blue Shield gave me Dr Reddy at Urgent Care's number because they had a lab and did x-rays. I called the number, told them that I had an accident a week before and wanted to make an appointment. They said the Dr wasn't taking new patients but I could be a walk in for Urgent care. I asked if I could come right then but they said they weren't open until 1 pm. I wasn't sure if she said 1 or 1:30 so I had her confirm that they opened at 1pm. I got there at 1:30 to find a sign in the door stating they were at lunch until 2. Wth? I knocked on the door and told the woman through the window that I was told they were open at 1pm. She said the dr said I was "welcome to come back at 2". I was really annoyed. So I came back at 2:15 and then was told by the receptionist that the dr " doesn't take car accident patients" "!!! What??? I said I just need a check up and an xray. She then said that they don't have x-rays there!! I said not only does Blue Shield say you do x-rays but it is actually etched onto their window door along with saying they are open from 9 to 9! I recently lost my insurance and had to apply for new insurance through MediCal. After being assigned to Dr. Reddy by my insurance, I call to schedule an appointment for the following morning. I showed up on time but ended up waiting in a small, crowded waiting room for 30 minutes before finally a nurse comes out and call my name. Except she didn't call my name. She got my last name right, but the first name was completely off. For whatever reason, she thought my name was "Jordan," even though only the first letter is in common (red flag #1) The nurse does the routine checkup tasks. She weighs me, checks my blood pressure, and so on, but I she wasn't able to check my height because their height rod was broken or missing. (red flag #2) I'm seated in a small, empty hospital room, where i end up sitting for another 15-20 minutes waiting for Dr. Reddy to show up. When she does, she gets my name wrong again, and when I inform her what my real name is, telling her that I wrote it down on the paperwork and showed the desk staff my insurance card, she leaves the room. I'm left in the room with the door wide open for another 10 minutes before Reddy finally comes back. She asks me if I have any past medical history, so I tell her that I had asthma as a young child, and she basically tells me that I'm looking healthy and am good to go. She doesn't ask me for my past insurance company, my immunization history, my paperwork, or anything (another red flag). Overall, that experience was mediocre at best. The final straw though was when I called Reddy's office asking for a TB test. The nurse said that they charge $50, and she wasn't sure if they had any in stock, so I should call a different urgent care office (what the heck? She couldn't bother to check their inventory?). I inform her that my insurance covers TB tests, and she ignores that, saying that they charge everyone. So I call my insurance, and they tell me again that TB tests should be covered, free of charge. My insurance calls me back the following day, saying that Dr. Reddy refused to negotiate with them. My insurance then said that they were going to report Reddy's office for making fraudulent charges and refusing to accept insurance plans that Dr. Reddy claims to accept. Overally, Reddy's office is unprofessional, disorganized, and unreliable. She doesn't seem to care about correct medical practices and simply wants to take as much money as she can from patients. I have never seen such a negligent doctor, especially one who owns her own medical office. Go somewhere else if you have the option. read more

It is very unfortunate that I have to write such a negative review but Dr. Reddy gave me no choice. I first saw Dr. Reddy in March 2018, my husband just passed away in February and I lost my medical insurance so I was assigned to Dr. Reddy through anthem blue cross Medi-cal. It wasn't the service I was accustomed to coming from Sutter medical group but I liked Dr. Reddy and she seemed compassionate about the loss of my husband and was concerned about my state of mind. She sent me for blood work and asked me for my prescriptions from Sutter so I could stay on my medication. The first red flag was when she decided that I only needed my blood pressure medication and the thyroid medication I had been on for ten years she would not refill. I called her a few weeks later to ask for a different prescription for my high blood pressure medication due to adverse side effects and again no response. I called several times and tried to ask why but her office simply would not respond. I learned that is what she does. I didn't see her again for another year and I was going in for a more serious problem, she sent me for an X-ray of my back and an MRI and I thought she's going to help me. After the MRI results were in I called the office to get a referral because that's why she ordered the MRI so she could give me a referral but that is more smoke and mirrors. They sent the referral almost two months ago but you can never get an appointment, they always say the new patient intake person is never available and they never call you back, I'm not even sure if they have a referral because the right person to talk to is never there. I called Dr. Reddy's office to see if they could help with the referral but again no one ever calls you back. She also had a medical assistant call me with my MRI results and she told me that I had arthritis and to put some ice on it. I have had two back surgeries so i knew something else was going on. I called the imaging clinic to get a copy of the report and yes I do have arthritis but it also says I have spinal stenosis. She never went over the results with me so I have no way to ask questions or get any medical care when my legs are going numb and I need a cane to walk. The final straw was this morning when I called to get an appointment for my daughter who is not feeling well and I was told they are to busy right now to make an appointment and she will call me later. That's what they said yesterday morning when I called and I waited until 6pm last night with no call. I could go on but it's just more of the same.
