The hours listed are completely wrong. I've shown up multiple times at different hours that say they're open, and every single time they've been closed. It honestly feels like they're only open randomly or by appointment, but that's not stated anywhere. Horrible! I have had an appointment twice and both times the employee was a no show. The door was locked so I called the number on the door(800-948-2705) who is the owner who lives in Roseville. She says she cannot get reliable employees and there is nothing she can do. If I don't like it don't come back! Well believe me I wont! They are unprofessional, uncaring, and do not care if there is a line of people who have an APPOINTMENT waiting! There are other professional companies out there so don't reward this bad business or this unbelievable bad behavior! Crazy that I made my appointment for 8:10am, arrived early at 8am, and a woman's voice from the Ring Door Bell tells me to come back later at 9am "because the guy that's suppose to be there called out." Didn't know how to use her system and almost told me I had to come back for a 4th time because she didn't know how to look up my appointment and I had to help her navigate the screen. Also gave me attitude while the actual fingerprinting was done. Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that my new job was contracted with her company, I would have steer cleared. I set an appointment to get important fingerprints and got a confirmation email the day of. I came 5 minutes before the appointment began and no one was there so I rang the door bell. In a rude tone, the employee asked "What do you want?". What did I want at the place that requires appointments? Anyways, she responds that she is running late and will arrive an hour later. So I come back, about 55 minutes later and yet, she's still running late and with a child. Other people had to wait since 8:30 AM, what if we had something else to do? There's a reason appointments were set before 11:30 AM. None of us got a call being told that our technician was running late, all we got was a "Sorry, had things to do". Don't come here if you have another choice! read more
