I waited for maybe less than 5 minutes and I was called in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The phlebotomist let me know of my copay, and what labs I was getting done. She drew the labs pretty quickly. She was professional and friendly. Overall, I was in and out within 20 minutes. The waiting room is spacious and clean. Seeing as I had gotten there after some other people, and I got in pretty quickly and earlier than my appointment time, I highly recommend making an appointment!

Be careful about the statement 'we take insurance'. Yes they do but as they are not contracted with a lot of insurances, you, the patient, could be left with a big tab to make up the difference. They do offer to negotiate a 'cash-pay' arrangement if you pay at-time-of-service. But it's a little steep. I suggest that you ask some questions before making your appointment.

He agreed with a few issues (brake pads was #1) and two other items he will address next week. Once I left the business, I felt a sigh of relief. I didn't feel played or taken advantage of. I know it's a mixed bag depending on how many people are in line for their cars to be serviced, but when we came in July to get our oil change, it was pretty quick and seamless. There's a good, climate controlled, and clean waiting area also, and it's in a good part of town which many automotive places are in more industrial and sometimes more sketchy parts of town. I called the next day to see if they could fit me in and they said they could do it in a couple of hours. I was going to wait there since the wife was at work. I brought my car there and they looked over my car and ordered the parts. They would be there in 15 minutes. These guys seemed really knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave me $25 bucks off for paying in cash. Anything off is good. Just a note if you use a credit card the company charges 3% more so cash is much better. Their waiting room has lots of different seats to sit in and there were two really padded chairs so I was really comfortable sitting while they worked on my car. The really nice thing about them is the speed. my car was done in under one hour . that was amazing. They guarantee their work for one year. I love it. I will be coming back for my other cars if I need work done again. Top notch place SO far my brakes are smooth and quiet. I don't think they tested the brakes when they were do because later after driving a while there was smoke coming from the brakes. It happens if the film on the pads are still on there or you leave some grease from you hands heheh. Still working great and I could see that they turned the rotors by looking at them .
