When I got home my husband caught what they had done and he was fit to be tied. My son was with me. The fact that they would put me and my son's life endanger for $30. Is truly appalling. My husband said that the tire that they took off to begin was far superior to the one they put on. So there is no doubt that the tire that my husband deemed to be replaced. They will resell that tire even though it was worn and needed to be replaced. The guy who put the tire on said that it was an honest mistake. My husband said there was no way that could be true. As soon as he touched it, he almost cut his hand on the 10 inch patch where the wire was hanging out of the tire. I, a woman took the tire up there. So I suppose they figured they would take advantage of me being naive about cars. They even hid the bad spot on the inside so it wasn't visible to me.
