Based on the pictures I saw on Yelp of their work and the conversations we had about what I wanted done, I decided to go with them. I could not be happier with the job they did. Jose and his team dug up and removed all of the dead and damaged shrubs and bushes and then cleaned the flower beds and planted new azaleas, hostas, pencil shrubs and other plants. They then mulched all of the beds and cleaned the area. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. It comes off as misleading, especially since he said they aren't even based here. When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was surprised at the prices (starting at $169), and especially surprised at the ADDITIONAL $150 labor fee that I also wasn't told about. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service. What I thought was going to be an easy and reasonable service turned into feeling misled and scammed.
