Considerate enough to ask if you need to use the restroom before the session begins. 2. Sits you down and consults what your preference of eyebrow style is. 3. She will then dip a string with erasable ink and line your brow area in order to make the tattoo symmetrically even. 4. Proceeds to draw in the style you ask. Adjust to your liking. I personally wanted it thinner and more arched, which she negotiated and fixed for me without hesitation. You know how some artist out there can be and fight to be right. 5. She applies a numbing cream. Sets it in for a bit then starts needling. 6. Finished! She hands you a mirror to see how you like it so far since she genuinely cares if it matches your preferences. 7. Afterwards you get a cute mini hustle butter to apply on your brows. Safe to use and smell so much better than aquaphor. 8. Gives you a run down on after care and lets you know to text her if you got any questions. 2nd session for touch up - Quicker session since it's just to check up if you want it darker or wanna add more detail. I made an appt the night before and the owner responded quickly which I loved! The two ladies that worked on my daughter's nails did a fantastic job! She loved it. The lady who did mine, Julie, kept looking at my nails (I did my own nails the previous night) and giving it the stink eye (at least to me it seemed that way). It was making me uncomfortable so I asked her if she wanted to see my nails up close. She replied with no but said the color was pretty. She then asked me what color I wanted and I told her a sparkly or shimmery white. She asked if I wanted gel, it lasts longer but I declined. I noticed that she was painting just plain white and let it go because I know there was a language barrier. So I let it go. When mine was done, it honestly looked like she used whiteout to paint it. I made a note to self that I wouldn't be returning. Two hours after, I looked down at my toes and it looked like there was a yellow tint to them. I put my toes next to my daughter's, who also got white but gel) and you can clearly see a color difference. I went today to go back and have it repainted but they are closed for the holiday. I'll have to wait. I am disappointed in my experience. During the lift, she accidentally spilled a large amount of solution on my left eye I could feel it running onto my eyelid, and that lash line has been sore ever since. On top of that, the results barely lasted. Within a week, my lashes dropped almost completely flat and are uneven one eye has a slight curl while the other is straight. I followed all the aftercare instructions, but the lift still failed. A lash lift should last 6-8 weeks, not a few days. Even though Natasha was nice, I'm extremely unhappy with the outcome and wouldn't recommend this place for lash lifts, Groupon or not.
