Redefine Rentals is my GO TO rental company! I heard about them from another wedding photographer, and immediately started renting exclusively from them. It's so nice to just send Scott a text message or email when I need to rent gear, and he is always super friendly and helpful. It's so nice to trust both the equipment and the person you are renting from! Besides the great customer service, the reason to rent from Redefine Rentals is the price--I have not seen better rental rates anywhere. I rented from Lensprotogo and Samy's Camera before and paid nearly double for the same equipment. When I lived closer to Redlands, it was convenient to pick up any gear I rented, but even when I moved to LA it was still cheaper for the gear to be shipped to me than to rent from other companies. After googling rental places and calling around I decided to give Redefine a chance. I was so happy with the customer service and very quick reply back. We found REDEFINE as a last resort because our old company we used to use couldn't get us the gear in time; and now Redefine Rentals is our primary Go-To. We probably will never use another company again. The day before a wedding gig we didn't have the right gear, so we made a trip out to Redlands, CA and they not only welcomed us into their home, but they provided us with all the gear we needed. Redefine Rentals is the only rental company anyone should use. Scotty is super helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to lighting, cameras, lenses etc. I have rented from them on numerous occasions and will only rent from them. I have been renting from these guys for years, and I will continue to rent from them. Their prices are more than reasonable, and their customer service is amazing. They are just down to earth people, know production, and have a huge inventory. I believe they have every single Canon L-Series Lens there is (with the exception of the 800mm f5.6L ha ah).
