When I call "Customer Care," (NOT!!!), after 13 minutes of listening to them tell me how important my call is to them, and that many, if not all, of my questions can be answered on their website (that way they don't actually have to talk to you), I finally hung up. This was after writing them a message directly from my account that is supposed to be answered, but has never worked. I think GTE Financial is an institution that has so aggressively marketed itself, it has outgrown the infrastructure to support its customers. Think very hard before you work with this group.
