Leslie is an absolute liar. I sent an email asking what imperfections the truck had and she responded with the truck did not have any significant flaws. The truck was loaded with spray paint repairs, overspray, dents, missing/incorrect hardware where panels had been reattached and spray painted wheels to hide the missing wheel finish. Showed up after 8 hour drive to a dirty truck with a near flat front right tire. When I asked her about her dishonesty, she kept repeating "you saw the video on our website". She took ZERO accountability. This dealership just puts lipstick on vehicles to make them look good for photos and videos. When I bought my truck there, I paid cash. It should have been a red flag when they had to jump start the truck. After driving it home, the next morning I had to buy two brand new batteries. The ones they installed were remanufactured and also to small. The whole underneath of the truck was painted black so you couldn't see the rust. I end up replacing almost replacing the entire front end complete with breaks, and shocks. Along with all the breaklines, rear breaks, shocks, and much more. I have about 12,000 dollars more than what I paid for it. In their paperwork they have a section that reads, "the dealership is not responsible for what thier promised. The Navigator has transmission issues. It needs service. Maybe I'll get lucky with just a filter and flush. Nope. Much deeper. Lipstick on a pig. Check the BBB. Needs a new engine. We made an appointment to look at an 02 Tundra. Upon inspection of the underside of the truck, we were shocked to see the amount of frame rot. A few of the cross rails had completely rusted through. We alerted the sales person, who didn't seem too concerned. We are sharing this review to remind people to be very aware and inspect closely the condition of the vehicle before purchasing it. We realize some car lots place more value on providing a vehicle that has basic baseline safety and some place less value on this. In December of 2023, I purchased a 2005 ford F150 from this establishment. Agreed to put $4000.00 down and finance $3000.00 through US Atlantic LLC which is also them. After paying for 10 months, which was when I was supposed to be done, I suddenly discover that I still have another year of payments, which would ultimately bring the cost of the vehicle to almost $14,000.00. According to them I agreed to a purchase price of almost $9,000.00, which never happened. After contacting the proprietor, I was told that that is what I agreed to and signed the contract for. I only have a copy of the supposed contract. I was told that she reviewed all the details of the contract with me before signing. the only numbers mentioned were $7,000.00 plus dealer fee, taxes, and registration, $4,000.00 down, and $3,000.00 plus interest for financing. that is what I agreed to. READ BEFORE BUYING ANY CAR HERE!!! Review from my experience in looking at a car on 10/31/2020. DO NOT BUY HERE OR VIEW CARS IN THEIR LOT. I would highly recommend for consumers to avoid this location 100%. We went to see a 2015 BMW that they informed us had 2 previous owners and a clean title. I went with my father with $13,000 cash. I tag along with him to avoid being bait and switched. Upon getting there I notice that it has a rebuilt sticker in the river door. Meaning the car was salvaged at one point and repaired to a drivable status. I asked the salesman about this and he appeared to be perplexed and confused that the car was even a rebuilt. The sales manager, Terri, said this is odd and that they did not know it was a rebuilt title. When test driving the car it's alignment was off significantly and kept switching from comfort to sport mode and back and forth. Terri told me a story of how it should be illegal to drive cars with balding tires as he was rear ended by a young female driver and it caused him to have multiple surgeries and resulting in him losing 60% of his leg function. (He's walking just fine) this is ironic because of what he was attempting to do as a sales manager. Selling unworthy road-worthy vehicles. I requested for a vin report, and for the car to be put on a lift so that I can inspect the undercarriage. Terri brought me a pathetic vin report that said 0 accidents but 4 previous car owners for a BMW with less than 77k miles! He said it was the free vin check. Fact: he wants you to spend $13,000 - 20,000 on a car that he's not willing to spend $7.00 to $20 for a proper vin report that WILL show you photos of what caused the car to be salvaged in the first place. When I confronted him about this, he said that he DID NOT have to tell me it was a rebuilt title until I was SIGNING the TITLE and he said he didn't even have to say it because it's written on the title. He started referencing loopholes in laws that allow him to be a fraudulent A-hole. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They have mechanics on site to help ensure that a car is stable enough to pass a test drive. However, not efficient enough to work out an alignment prior to a scheduled appointment a week out. They prey on Americans whom need a car desperately and react on emotion from really wanting a car. They will act ignorant to the obvious as demonstrated by them trying to sell me and my father a car on their lot under the pretense that they did not know the car was once salvaged. He told me to go get a dealership license and buy a salvaged car and do the repairs myself. #1 a proper salesman knows what he is selling, does not act ignorant or defensive. However, he knows the facts of the car outright and provides you with proper documentation. #2 they were harmed due to an improper car on the road. However, they sell improper cars with confidence. Karma #3 I hate people whom are so self absorbed and money driven that they can cause a family homelessness or ruin their credit to a point of that families ability to finance a proper vehicle or be approved to purchase a house #4 do not let your desperation for a vehicle to allow you to settle for less. Take your money to private party if you're interested in a rebuilt title. As a private party generally has a proper vin report and history of a vehicle. No flood or fire damage, and the collision must be minor. Always put it on a lift to see if parts were welded together and if the frame is crushed underneath. Your safety and health matters. Update on the review. I was scammed about 2k on my deal and they are not attentive when it comes to safety. They charged almost 1k for a pre delivery fee but after taking the car off the lot I had to spend 1800 just to fix the car. What? They never even changed the oil. What did they really do.? We paid cash for a 2010 Ford F-150 at this place. We saw rust under the hood. They told us that it was only surface rust from having been driven in New Hampshire. There was a funny whining sound coming from the engine. We were told it was just the air conditioning compressor and they would supply us with a replacement that we could have installed at our own shop. We asked for a safety check, as we were planning to drive this truck from Florida to Missouri later this month. They said it was done, but they didn't provide written reports for safety checks. When we took it to our own mechanic, he told us that the rust was extensive - the entire frame was totally rusted out, and we should not keep this vehicle. Also the funny sound was not the compressor at all, but the alternator. The safety check was never actually done. We understand that the truck was sold "as is", but we were flat-out lied to about everything. Flat refusal from the dealer to do refund anything at all to make up for this. Ignore the good reviews - this is a shady business with horrible business practices and we are out over 18K. read more

Mind you their tagline is "We Sell Quality Cars" When I asked them to address some concerns that I asked about when I test drove the car the owner tried to upsell me on other repairs. When I didn't agree to them he told the mechanic to stop looking at my car. Again, all I asked for was repairs that I communicated to "John" the sales person. John and Peter are great people. As for the owner. I would not even bother with this place. They will sell you a lemon and then try to squeeze the juice out you. I am in the process of reporting this guy to the BBB. Not a bad dealership. Owner is pretty cool. Sales people are pretty good as well (Jose and Larry). Back office lady (I forgot her name) was pretty nice too! Make sure you check out the car closely before purchasing. I thought I did a good job but took it to my mechanic after purchase. Turns out the vehicle had severe corrosion in the radiator so I had to replace it . There were some other minor issues I caught and the dealership did knock off some bucks for that. If i could give no stars i would! I should have read the reviews on this place before i drove 4.5 HOURS! Spoke to Leslie who on the phone sounded soooo helpful. Explained i lived in jax and wanted to make sure everything was good to go and was told yes. Get to the dealership and find the jeep i drove 4.5 hours for was in service and the mechanic was off. Dustin was the salesman who helped me. He apologized to which i said ya know someone should have at least called and told me. So he asked was there any other vehicles I was interested in, which there was another jeep just not the one i came for. After seeing this jeep i was like ok...its not bad other than some dings and it had not been detailed on the inside and then i seen the hood latch was broke and the hood did not secure. So i asked was there any negotiation on the price due to those issues. i was told by Dustin well the mechanic is off but he lives close and i'm sure he would not mind coming to check it out and he would look into the price. While waiting on Dustin I found another SUV i was possibly interested in and walked in to get the keys for it. By this time I had been at the dealership for approximately 30 mins and have not once seen Leslie. Once I went inside I had asked where she was and was she aware of the incident of the vehicle to which i was told yes and that she had stepped out. While standing there next to the front door Leslie walks in and does not even say a word, just walks straight to her office. So i asked Dustin was that her. He walked in her office and came out and stated she will see you now. When i walked in she said "hows it going" I said well the jeep is apparently in service because it was making a loud noise and nobody told me this prior to me driving 4.5 hours. She stated well i just found out this morning. So she knew it wasn't going to be ready and did not bother calling me to let me know. She then said in a smart ass tone "well all i can say is im sorry, do you see anything else you like?" I said well i found this other jeep but it has a few issues such as the hood doesn't even close, can the mechanic come to look at it. She said yet again with a smart ass tone "he is off today and is not coming in until Monday." I asked well is the price negotiable since those wouldn't be fixed today and I cant wait until Monday? She stated no negotiation on price. The 3rd vehicle I looked at that I brought up to her was one with check engine light on and the ac blows hot....again with a smart ass tone the mechanic is off and everything is as is. So basically all of their vehicles are junk, they only have one mechanic and Leslie has no communication skills and is rude. I asked to speak to the owner and was told hes off too and what Leslie says goes. So i left and went bought somewhere else. After driving both trucks and attempting to purchase one suddenly the price increases $3k and they gave some story about postings online being incorrect. Oddly enough every car they have listed under 10k is the exact same $9995 price to lure you in then try to screw you at the last minute adding $3k or more in "fees" that ARE NOT listed on the site. Let me start by saying I work in the financial business (including car loans for over 22 years) and have bought and sold over 40 cars in the last 28 years of my own, and worked on most of them myself so I have tons of knowledge in the car industry. I wanted to like this dealership. I really did. I even went there a few times to look at vehicles. Dustin the sales guy is nice, but that's about it. I looked at several vehicles I saw on their website. They looked nice online in their adds but they all had issues in person. I looked at a couple Jeeps, and other vehicles, but was hesitant when dash lights came on and the tires where sub-par. Not to mention several other issues. I think for the price of their vehicles they are way overpriced for the junk they sell (remember. Even though you think the price is great there may be several thousands of dollars in repairs needed after the sale that they are not telling you the vehicles need. They get their cars mainly from auctions). I asked Dustin about a specific vehicle and the price. He said on top of the price of the car they also have a $995 dealer fee plus taxes, and title. WTH??!!! $995 for what?? The icing on the cake for me was when I went back to look at this particular Jeep they had listed online and it was junk when I got there was that another employee said they just put a lift kit on it the day before. That's total BS because the shocks, and other components had rust, and tons of wear and tear. I wound up getting a better deal somewhere else with a full 90 day warranty at no extra charge for the same model Jeep with same engine (HEMI, 4X4, Limited). The vehicle was much cleaner with way less miles for $2,000 less than asking price at Dynamic Motors, and it was a nationwide chain. As a matter of fact I also wound up buying a second vehicle as well from another dealership (wholesaler) for a better price than Dynamic was asking and much nicer condition. You start to wonder when he has an answer for everything. At any rate, one week after buying my car. I had to replace what I had told them that was wrong with the car. LIERS! Bought a car thru internet from them. Totally lied about the quality, a/c not working, window motor bad, several lights not working including both turn signals. Motor has MAJOR oil leak when running to the point it would lose all it's oil within 100 to 200 miles ( rear main seal). Head gaskets were blown ( they put sealer in cooling system to hide it). I had three different certified mechanic's check this car out. All these problems found before I drove it 1, yes 1 mile. Sent them the money for the car and it took them 6 weeks to send me the car. As of now I spent over 3000.00 in repairs and still have not driven the car. It didn't pass emissions test either. Mike sold me the car. When I contacted him about the problems he offered me 500.00 towards the repairs. I felt it was better then nothing but that's what I got! Never sent the check. During this whole time he lied to me about the safety and quality of the car, the time it took to ship it, and the offer to help. They are very nice to you when looking to buy a car but if you have a problem they actually avoid you. Since I'm a distance away I contacted them on the phone. Now they don't even return my calls. Do yourself and your finances a big faver and stay away from mike and Dynamic motors. Check the Better business bureau and google and other sites first. Ask them if they will give you even a 30 day 100% guarentee on a car. Probably not, they know many of the cars they sale are painted up and look good but problems exist.Also beware of the 299.00 "processing fee" they don't tell you about until papers are in front of you. A honest dealer would not sell a car with major problems and try to make a current customer satisfied. Maybe only 1 out of every 10 cars they sell are bad but can you afford to be that number 10?
