Customers have very little control over the calibration schedule since appointments are automatically set every 60 days. If you do not reschedule within 7 days, they charge a rescheduling fee. On top of that, the only way to reschedule is by calling customer service and waiting on hold. Essentially, you are paying $50 just to make a phone call and change an appointment. Other interlock companies offer much more flexibility by allowing customers to visit any partnered service provider within a calibration window period, which is far more convenient.

This company is actually bull. They are complete scammers. When I got my device installed they told…read moreme I had no payments till my first calibration. I come in for my fourth calibration when they tell me I can't get the service done because I never paid my installation fee. Apparently it was $30 and they never added this payment on or told me it was past due. I was told I needed to pay it in order to get my calibration which they added around $140 in late fees. How can they actually do this and why did they let me get my other calibrations without telling me about this installation fee, oh yeah because they are scammers and actually want there customers to go bankrupt. Also to mention there devices are so sensitive mouthwash can set it off and your forced to pay $75 to reset the device. Last thing, there customer service is terrible the ladies are so passive aggressive and make you feel terrible about yourself, never choose this company for your own sanity.

The ONLY redeeming quality that business has is its Quick Service (i.e., oil change) department. That's it (that's why the rating is a 2-star instead of 1-star!

I scheduled a service appointment online regarding an extra spare key and programming. The next day, Marissa from the service department called to discuss the issue. During that call, I explained the situation and she told me I could drop the vehicle off after hours if needed. At no point during that conversation was any diagnostic fee mentioned. After I dropped off the vehicle, Marissa later called me with a quote of $600 for a spare key and programming--$300 for the key and $300 for labor. I felt this price was extremely high, especially considering I was able to have the exact same service completed at another Ford dealership for $295 total. When I told her I would not be proceeding with the service and that I would come pick up my vehicle, I was surprised to learn that she refused to release my car unless I paid a $175 diagnostic fee. She claimed this fee had been discussed previously, which was not accurate. The only reason my vehicle was eventually released was because I requested to speak with a manager and mentioned that the phone conversation could be reviewed to confirm that no such fee had been explained. This experience felt very unprofessional and concerning. I believe the dealership ownership or partners may not be aware of how customers are being treated or how pricing is being handled within the service department. Transparency, fair pricing, and clear communication should be standard when dealing with customers. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would encourage others to carefully confirm pricing and policies before leaving their vehicle with this service department
