Oh my gosh! Best experience ever! I wasn't really sure what to expect, the full body cryotherapy was very very cold. I didn't know if I was going to make it through as I was thinking this, My body began to adjust and then it was done. When I got out I was asked to do certain movements I felt no pain. This was amazing as I haven't been able to move my shoulder without pain for 6 months. Then I went into the Himalayan salt room and sat in the most comfortable chairs and just had the most relaxing time. I highly recommend this experience. Can't wait to go back thank you. I love this place!!! You walk in the door and you truly feel the aloha. The owner is hands on and listens to you and suggest a spa treatment that is personalized for what your looking for. The massages are good, the infrared sauna is good if you like the heat, but the part I did not like about this place is the front desk customer service. Nearly every time I call, no one answers. First let me say that the employees here were really nice. I believe I spoke to the owner as well and she was also helpful. So I went here for the cryotherapy and massage for the first time a couple of weeks ago because I had a horrible migraine and found them on Yelp. After talking with the owner (I believe), I decided to try it out. She said she also suffered from migraines and that the cryotherapy had helped take her off her medication. I did the cryotherapy first. I like cold and wasn't too worried about it. It wasn't bad at all. The lady talks to you to help distract you from the fact you are surrounded by below freezing temperature. I, however, did not like that it didn't have a door on the room and was basically in the same area as reception. This allowed anyone who came in to view you. Obviously they can't see in the cryochamber, but still some privacy would be nice. After getting out I felt no difference in my migraine. Next I got a massage from a nice lady whose name I forget (I'm sorry!). I told her my back, shoulders and neck were really sore and that was the cause of my migraine. She worked really hard to try and make them feel better but sadly I left with absolutely no relief. The owner (agin, I think) said it took her 6 weeks before she was off all her meds. I would totally be willing to do that if I knew it would also rid me of my migraines. But sadly I can't afford that so I won't ever know. Maybe if I had felt even slightly better I'd give it one more shot. But no :(. The cryotherapy and massage ended up costing me $128 which is more than my limit for massages in a year. Maybe this will help for you but it didn't for me and is too expensive to continue. read more

I had the best experience this morning! This was my first time here and I was planning to use the cyro spa machine however due to my weight I was not able to. I informed Stephanie and she made me feel so comfortable, no judgement or uneasy feeling. She suggested another form of the cyro in a hand held. Point given that I was already embarrassed because I was over weight and unable to use because of the weight restriction however the manner in which Stephanie treated me was beyond compassionate. I had a mastectomy 4 weeks ago. I was told I should try Cryo to speed the healing and mobility. Cindy told me to come a minimum of 3 times per week for best results. I went 2 days after the mastectomy and did both the full body and the local treatment. The local treatment released the tightness and I was able to lift my arm above my head after the very first treatment (something I was told would take weeks!). I went at least 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks but then I missed about 2 weeks (out of town, etc) but I noticed right away that it was stiffening up and there was more discomfort. I went back and the difference is absolutely amazing. I have also spent time in the salt cave and there is nothing more relaxing than that! By the way, my doctors were amazed at the difference in just one week. I was even able to have my drain tube removed after just one week. I went and tried the cryotherapy for arthritis pain and left feeling some relief. After my treatment, I came home and did some research and found out that it has shown relief from some symptoms of depression. I suffer from a Major Depressive Disorder and I can really tell the benefits to my mental health. I wish I would have bought the 3 session package. I highly suggest cryotherapy for depression. I loved the environment of the spa since the moment I walked in. It smelled amazing from their essential oils. They have their dogs their which is very soothing. I had Lucy for my massage and she was incredible! I am currently nursing and when she was giving me my massage I could feel my breast on fire from the milk and I absolutely had an increase in my milk by the next day. If you're nursing or have any body aches I suggest you come and relax. My sister had Trent and she loved him too she fell asleep 5 times during her massage so I believe her. Mind you, she has 5 kids and I have a 5 month old so we really needed this. I did the 90 minute massage and it felt like 30 minutes that's how good it was. I loved the hot stones and eucalyptus oil they used for the massage it made it feel even better. And the beds have heated blankets! I didn't want to leave afterwards. I also did the cryo facial with the lights and -230 degrees machine. It has so many benefits I highly recommend for things such as eczema, scoliosis, arthritis and much more! Now the salt room I think was my #2 favorite. The massage was the best. But the salt room was so relaxing and I felt my feet tingling. I walked in and an older woman, a man, and the receptionist were not wearing masks. When asked why they were not wearing masks she went on to "explain" how you get disease from wearing a mask. When I asked if my massage therapist would be wearing a mask she stated "if I want her to". Really?!? This establishment states they are a medical massage location. Since other non-medical massage locations have to be closed, it is reckless and inappropriate to not take the pandemic seriously. Drove all the way from wildomar to try this out since i deal with chronic inflammation. From the moment i walked in i felt comfortable. Thats always a big deal for me. The lady at the desk who im pretty sure she was the owner was amazing and had a very outgoing, upbeat personality! Now for the therapy. I got to admit i was a little nervous esp thinking about being in -260° i get in and surprising it was that bad. Very tolerable for me but than again its different for everyone. I didnt feel any difference in my body except being extremely relaxed the rest of the day. I bought the 3 appointments for basically the price of one. I was pleased with the service my daughter received in the cryo chamber, a few years ago, and for Christmas of 2018, my husband got me a gift certificate for 3 massages. Well, life happened and I forgot about it. I recently was cleaning through my closet and found the certificate, which Cindy is saying is expired. I kindly explained that on the State of California's website under the department of consumer affairs section, it is illegal for gift certificates and gift cards to expire. She was surprised that I did my homework, and said "Strange that they would sell something that is illegal" I told her it could be different in other states, but that is not my concern. Her next excuse was, "Redlands Cryo Spa" didn't sell this to you, the therapist did. I said, "Unfortunately, it has your business name on it, and you must honor it. If Sally at Target sold me the gift card, and target will honor it" She didn't like that much either. So then I said she can just refund the money, and she wouldn't do that either. The lady who sold it, no longer works there, but how is that my fault?? Whatever happened to "The customer is always right" In this situation, I have the law on my side, but the point is, they took my $240 and I received zero service. I could handle it if she was nice, but her tone of voice was just insanely rude, I am literally on the verge of tears! She could care less!! I've never tried Cryotherapy before so being my first experience Cindy was extremely helpful and explained all the steps. As the I disrobed in the chamber, I immediately felt the rush of cold air! Next as the freeze started, Cindy was giving me direction and keeping me calm. After the 3min freeze, we did a few movements to see the difference between before and after! Next, I moved into a private room for a cryo facial. This was extremely relaxing and made my face feel great afterwards! Finally, the infrared salt sauna. This was a nice way to cap the experience!
