I genuinely cannot recommend CryoFix enough. Prior to coming in, I had fallen on my knee and bruised it pretty badly to the point where I couldn't put any pressure on it or even touch it without pain. After doing a round of cryotherapy along with the compression leg treatment, it helped tremendously. I also did a round of local cryo where they targeted the injured area directly, and afterward I was finally able to put pressure on my knee and actually touch it again without the same pain. The unlimited plan is an outstanding value for the cryotherapy sessions. I have had cryotherapy here for almost five days a week for the last four weeks. The results are that my skin quality has improved, I sleep better, and I have lost weight. Also, my workouts are better if I do them after the cryotherapy sessions. Customer service from Vanessa was five star. She is polite and accommodating to her customers needs. If there is a down side it is that at certain hours of the day it gets rather crowded. If I could give 10 stars I would. CryoFix is the best thing I've ever done for myself. The staff is wonderful. Vanessa is a sweet and knowledgeable woman with great compassion. She has lots of suggestions to help with over-all wellness and knows what "getting frozen" (my term) will do to improve feeling better. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! My life has changed ever since I started going to CryoFix Wellness. I have been lifting weights for about 7 years without proper recovery (which I never understood until I went here, but now am now realizing I've been limiting my ROM, progress and happiness for so long). I originally got a sciatic nerve problem and had gone to the chiropractor for months trying to get relief of my hips/lower back/hamstring. I'm so glad I came here because there is no way my spine would have been realigned if my muscle tightness (that is pulling on my spine) was never released. Once a week I come and see Anthony and Vanessa. I start with the cryotherapy machine, then tell Anthony where I'm feeling most of my tightness that week. He has all forms of recovery (active release stretching, graston & cupping) and recommends what he thinks will work the best for the problem. I immediately felt a huge difference in my sciatic nerve problem and after only a few visits, the pain was completely relieved. Something that I had been feeling for over a year was finally fixed! Once I released how amazing this therapy is and how badly I had been neglecting my recovery, I have continued visiting them once a week getting other muscles worked on. For example, my chest, rotator cuff, neck, back, hamstrings, quads, ETC. Anthony even got rid of scar tissue I've had on my shins since I was playing softball as a young girl (something I thought I'd be living with forever!)
