This place was a mission to get to. They don't have a fully updated address. The lady that took me for cryo was really inconsiderate with my time. I made the appointment for 3:00 I drove all the way out here (45 mins) then she is not even here say she sent me an email to let me know? Why email? I would have called. Anyways I end up asking her if she would be able to take me at a later time which she was very hesitant to do but ultimately agree. Then I come at 4:30 she doesn't get here till 4:39 and is not even saying hello or explain how it works. She just seems irritated the entire time. Purchased: 90-Minute Massage Start Time: 03:15 PM End Time: 04:20 PM Only got 65-minutes massage. I bought a voucher on Groupon for a 90-minute massage for $90. I called Skin Envy on 10/09/2023 and booked an appointment for 10/17/2023 at 03:45 PM, which was the soonest appointment I could get. I was hoping I could get a massage sooner because I needed it, however, I had already purchased the voucher on Groupon so I guess I have to suffer and wait. Lesson learned - never get something like this on Groupon because they won't prioritize you. On the day of my appointment, I received a text message from Krystal Macias at 03:19 PM (26 minutes before the appointment) in which she said she had a family emergency. I understand, but business-wise don't they have a backup for something like this? What a terrible business practice. Her communication skills are really poor. And what was worse was that I was the one that had to follow up to reschedule the appointment. (Don't get me wrong she acts nice but we are talking about customer service here and how they run their business.) I found out later on that she lied when she said she can't refund Groupon payments. I talked to Groupon and they said they can do a refund with the company's approval. I could have save a lot of time and stress if she was honest. So, I finally got rescheduled on 10/27/2023 for an appointment on 11/02/2023 at 3:00 PM. Mind you I had to adjust my work schedule to accommodate their schedule because this was the soonest they could schedule me. (FYI it took her 10 days to respond to my text when I was rescheduling it.) On 11/02/2023 when I got there at 2:55 PM, Krystal was surprised and told me that I was not on her schedule. I had to show her the text messages for her to believe me. Then she stopped and said that she would prepare the room. So, I went to the front desk to fill out some forms and I was told that she only had 60 minutes available. I told her that "I had purchased a 90-minute massage and this was a reschedule". She said she would call her next customer to come in at 4:30 PM instead (another poor customer). So, after all of this, we started the massage session at 3:15 PM (their CCTV camera can confirm this). She only massaged the back part of my body the whole time I was lying down on my belly. I was not flipped over for a head or scalp massage. She knows my main concern was my shoulder and head but I didn't get a proper massage. I've been in a spa multiple times in multiple countries, and this is the first time I was massaged like this. It was definitely a half-assed job. I was surprised when at 4:20 PM she said she would wait for me outside and the session was done. Not to mention her massage was subpar. She didn't even bother to ask if the pressure was good enough or for any feedback whatsoever. It was like a let's get it done and "I'm in a hurry vibe" I got from her. Her phone ringer was on while massaging me... very unprofessional! I ended up frustrated. I was trying to be nice to her so I wouldn't escalate the irritation I was feeling hoping maybe she would do something right, knowing how she was so disorganized, but no I guess you can't expect that from someone who has no work ethic. What really pissed me off is when I went out to meet her at the front desk... I asked her if that was a 90-minute massage and she said "Yes, we started at 3 PM and ended at 4:20 PM SO I AM 10 MINUTES OFF." So even if that was true (which it was not) she acknowledged that she owed me 10 minutes and didn't care. She acted like "Oh yeah it's only 10 minutes and it's nothing". That is what you call cheating your customer! In reality, it was really 25 minutes that I was cheated counting the time I waited for her to prepare the room and fill out the forms she required. Remember she forgot the appointment she set, so why did I have to pay for her mistake? She had a chance to correct this, but no why waste her valuable time. Right? I guess she was not happy because I ruined her plan, she said she needed to work on herself using the company machines before I came in and that is what she was supposed to do with her 1-hour of free time before the 4 PM client. The owner of this company should check the CCTV camera for time stamps and that will tell them that I am not exaggerating here and I am telling the truth. This kind of business practice should stop. We go to the spa to relax, not to be treated like this. I am not the only one here saying how disorganized and terrible the services were here. I am SAVING you valuable time and money, so don't go to this place. read more

If you have ClassPass beware! I've been here twice before for massages booking through ClassPass. The first time it went well, only mishap was I booked for a 90 min massage and she only did 60 mins. When I told her about she apologized and asked if I wanted to go back in to do another 30 mins or come back another time for the 30 mins and I chose the latter and it went great and I appreciated her for that! Second massage was with another therapist and it went really well and I really liked her. Fast forward to last week Friday 7/21. I booked another 60 min massage through ClassPass. I didn't specifically request for anyone but I was happy to see that my appt was confirmed with the same therapist that I liked from my second visit there. The day came and after a long day of work I had been looking forward to my appt. My appt was for 6pm and I arrived at 5:45pm. I had told the receptionist who my appt was with and she told me that she's probably finishing up with another client and to go have a seat. Then at 6pm, the receptionist was leaving for the day and she told me that my massage therapist should be out soon. Then 6:10pm came around, two ladies asked if I've been helped, I told her who I was waiting for. They went to the back and I'm guessing they were trying to see how long my therapist was going to take. They came back out and didn't say anything to me so I assumed my therapist was coming right out. Then finally at 6:23pm waiting for nothing, I got the attention of one of the aesthetician named Kaitlyn. She helped me out by checking in on all the rooms only to find out that the massage therapist that I was confirmed with was nowhere in the building. She wasn't sure how to contact her or get a hold of the owners but I appreciated that she was the only one that helped me out. I left my phone number to leave with the owners but it's been almost a week and no one has reached out to me. I already contacted ClassPass and they told me that the appt was confirmed and they're not sure what happened but they refunded me my credits. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth bc I wish something could've been done differently like to make sure the therapist I was supposed to have an appt with is there from the get go. Beware: apparently pending appointments are still considered as accepted appointments on their booking site Vagaro. You don't get appointment reminders for a pending appointment so you'll get charged the $25 no show fee for an unsure booking. So basically, if your appointment is pending, show up anyways to ensure you don't get charged the no show fee. If I had known that my appointment was considered accepted then I would've obviously showed up. I book through Vagaro for various businesses all the time. They always get either accepted or rejecting. I completely respect a business' policies especially if I messed up, but I was charged the $25 no show fee for a PENDING appointment. The manager, Kim, claims that Vagaro sends out appointment reminders but I don't think she knows that appointment reminders don't go out for PENDING appointments.
