This company is great! They were able to come out the same day and place a one sided security deadbolt which other companies had told us "didnt exist". Brandon did a great job even though the door was made of steel and it took him about 3 hours. He was also very congenial with a nice personlity, and also didn't look like he had just walked out of prison. The prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use them again. I have worked along side of Redlands lock and Key for years! They have done all my lock-outs, new homes move ins, and all my key services. I had a lock out today and all of a sudden my swimming pool gate lock quit working. I called while he was still doing my lock out and asked him if he could take care of the gate....never hesitated and took care of my needs. In this heat I cannot deny our residents access to the pool without much resistance. This business is run by a fantastic family and I wont go to anyone else for my needs. The only way I ever would is if I ever had an emergency and couldn't reach them, but, I don't ever see that happening. Juan and his family are the best, very caring, and very professional! Things happen and the reviews I read on here are very disappointing. There's always two sides to every story and unfortunately this is pretty much a one sided review board!
