Appointments are easy to get, phones are answered, requests are taken care of quickly. I've seen both NP's and the Dr and they are all great. They are kind and take their time with you. I've never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room either. They have even allowed me to vaccinate how I want and don't force anything. I'd give 10 Stars if I could!

Dr. Cobanov herself is thorough and for families with routine pediatric needs, this office may be fine. Unfortunately, our experience with the office staff and overall responsiveness was extremely frustrating. On multiple occasions, we contacted the office regarding urgent concerns and paperwork involving our son through phone calls, portal messages and even the texting feature, often without timely responses. As parents of medically complex children know waiting days, or oftentimes in our experience, weeks for communication is simply not acceptable. Too often, we had to physically go into the office just to receive a response. The final straw came when we respectfully requested a basic medical summary letter for our son's school records outlining his diagnoses and care needs. Previous pediatricians and top medical specialists had always supported these requests and advocated for our son, but Dr. Cobanov declined. For families managing complex medical needs, strong communication and provider support are essential. We have since transitioned to a different local Redlands pediatrician whose office has been far more responsive, supportive and engaged in our son's overall wellbeing.

I hoped she could be our baby's pediatrician but unfortunately she didn't have any openings at the time. Instead we took her to a highly reviewed pediatrician in Rancho Cucamonga. However, after 9 months of visit that office, our baby didn't see the pediatrician once. She always saw a nurse or nurse practitioner and I know there's nothin wrong with that. That place just felt busy, it wasn't warm or inviting, and they just seemed like a "get them and get them out" kind of place. Not Loma Linda. We found out that Dr. Chow had some openings and we jumped right on it. Out of the gate, the experience was so much better. While we were checking in at the front desk, Dr. Chow walked by and waved hello like she remembered us but she couldn't possible remember us from 9 months ago, right? Well...she did. As soon as she walked in the door the entire vibe was peaceful and friendly. She even brought a book for our baby to play with and started playing with our baby girl. At one point, the baby wanted to play with her and she even went around with Dr. Chow to greet the other nurses in the office. Dr. Chow truly knows how to work with kids. We never felt rushed. It felt like we had her all to ourselves. I highly recommend this Doctor and medical office. Side note: You may run into Donkeys in the parking lot. Yes...Donkeys. There were two roaming the parking lot when we arrived. The area is famous for the wild burros. Fun for the kids to see! Just don't try to pet or feed them.

Explained I'm a new patient seeking a primary care doctor, gave my insurance info, and she put me on hold. Fifteen minutes later: "Our system's down, can't reboot it. Call back later." I politely declined and asked her to call me once it's fixed--gave my name and number clearly. Her response? "If you don't hear from me today, just call back tomorrow." I said no again--please call me when you can actually access the system. Crickets expected. For a top-tier health system, this level of phone-tag frustration and zero follow-through is unacceptable. First impressions matter, especially when you're trusting them with your health. Too bad--the reputation had me hopeful. Moving on to providers who actually answer and value my time. If you're reading this as a patient or staff: Fix the phones and callbacks. People deserve better.

Only after I paid for my consult and the additional tests did the receptionist tell me the little "2" at the end of the description leads to a footnote where the tests are separate. So my bill was almost $900 for a 35 minute consult and one saliva hormone kit and a blood test. Make sure you read EVERYTHING on the website. My primary concern was dismissed by the doctor in the first 5 min. He asked to see my skin and told me he has the same type of moles on his skin, his moles were bigger, and that they aren't connected to anything hormonal, which was my concern. This is when I should have left, since he either didn't take me seriously or didn't know how to help me with that and just couldn't admit it. Then he took my pulse and literally accused me of trying to slow down my pulse. "It was normal but then you tried to slow it down." Uhh.. what??? It made me feel belittled, again. I ended up paying for the consult and tests, went home and realized I was pretty unhappy and this wasn't going to work out. I called the next day asking for a refund and to discontinue my journey with the doctor. Came into the office, was processed the refund for the tests only. Receptionist then hands me a letter from the doctor. It was like a bad break-up letter, lol. He states that he gives the same level of care to all other patients. If that's really so, then take your money elsewhere, where you won't be dismissed for something seemingly benign. He is happy to take a pretty hefty fee of $320 and not want to make it right if you're dissatisfied. Everyone has a right to post reviews. His tried to make his letter to me intimidating, so I perhaps wouldn't be honest about my experience on the internet. Well, people have a right to know. On a happier note, the receptionist was nice and prompt. Save yourself some time and choose any other doctor he listed on his letter. Dr. Dzvonick has a HUGE ego.

Lindsey and her assistant took the time to answer all of our questions, made us feel very comfortable, and truly care about my daughters health and well-being. Always went above and beyond under my daughters circumstances. Appointments were well organized, the front office especially Fatima made it very easy feeling very inviting. She always made us feel supported throughout our care. Pregnancy can be very stressful time, but this clinic has made the experience so much easier and reassuring. Food was the worst, and the silverware had to be returned 2x because it was DIRTY! The nurse kept calling me so pretty and Halley Berry for some reason when I look nothing like her. It wasn't a compliment to me it was unprofessional. They took 3hrs after my request to come and help me to the bathroom and no, they were not busy I could hear them laughing and joking outside. They never hooked me up to machine to check my oxygen levels which was the reason I had to stay there 2 days. I might as well have been home. SO that was wasted money spent. They were supposed to get me up and walk me around and never did for 2 days. There was a pain med schedule on the board and they NEVER adhered to it. My surgeon was furious and they blamed ME the patient for not calling THEM when I was literally speaking to them to provide it. Go ANYWHERE but here!!
