Came in today and was greeted by Angelica. She was really nice and helpful. This was my first time to ship frozen goods to another state. I had bought the box, special lining for frozen goods, special frozen gel from Amazon. To secure the box I brought in she placed it in a Fed Ex box and labeled it. If I wanted it next day, it would have cost me over $100 so I opted for 2-day and it was a little over $25 and she placed it in a FedEx box. I was very happy with the service provided. I visited the store on three separate occasions, 11/7/23 thru 11/9/23, as the project I was working on required that I continually self-edit mistakes I made in the process - as well as having them laminated several times. Nicole's precision in getting the mock-up to perfectly fit the page, wrinkle-free lamination and perfect edge-trimming ability, was beyond incredible. To be fair, everyone in this office is spectacular in terms of their specific skill sets, customer service and professionalism. Luxury! I've been using the nearby office depot, which is so dirty and trashy. When I walked into the remodeled Fed Ex on Orange St I couldn't believe the difference. Nice people in both stores, but everything in Fed Ex is new and clean and easy to use. And the prices are great. Best place in Redlands for my weekly printing jobs. read more

These people were amazing I had an emergency my husband's obituaries were done incomplete and totally wrong I had been to two other places one being a different FedEx that advised me they couldn't help the same was for office supply so they directed me to this FedEx down the street and I was so pleased the worker was Nichole she's amazing and helped me through my ordeal not only did she find me a solution she stayed 30min after the store had closed to insure the job got submitted so they could work on them that morning which was the day of the funeral they were complete in time and looked very nice she saved the day and believe it or not I had another funeral two days later this being my daughter father and she helped me get those completed as well I could never thank her enough and she kept the price very affordable she understood my pain and helped me through it. read more

This is one of the best Fedex I have ever been too. I recently moved to Redlands from OC. This Fedex location is clean, spacious and have great employees. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Getting there: Located on Orange across the street from Romano's and next door to the Chase in DT. There is a large parking lot in front just incase it gets busy. Experience: I was in and out of this location. I already package and print my labels at home so any time I go into a location I just need to drop off my package. There was no line, two people behind the counter. They scanned my package, made sure I had the appropriate label, ensured that my package would get there on time and I was good to go. Tips: - To ensure your packages arrive on the scheduled date of your at-home printed out label be sure to take it to a shipping center and not just a drop off location (Walgreens). read more

I came into this FedEx with 12 packages to mail for a tradeshow, and I could not be happier with the service they provided. The nice young man who helped me was Curtis helpful and really made my experience a great one. I don't know his name but he was so nice and so helpful and I was getting out of there in less than 10 minutes. If you want your package to be lost, choose this location! A couple weeks ago, I dropped off a package to be returned. The employee who helped me out was unable to scan it so she manually typed in whatever she needed to from the label. I was given a receipt and this week the seller contacted me saying they never received my return. So I tried to track the package using the tracking number on the receipt I was given and it said that it could not be found. I went back to this FedEx location to let them know about this situation and they couldn't help me because the receipt had an EXTRA DIGIT in the tracking number so they couldn't look it up in their system. They told me to give FedEx a call but when I called two weeks ago, the automated system would not accept my tracking number! I spoke to a representative and they told me they needed to start a case to investigate. I called to follow-up yesterday and they said there was no case on file for the case number they provided me two weeks prior. Now I've lost $150 because they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. read more

Off the bat, you can tell the women over the phone was not interested in helping. Everything I asked, I was directed to do online, in other words do it yourself so I can have my job as easy as possible. I was looking to print 4 items that could've been quick and easy but you could tell minimal assistance was wanted to be given. You can email a document (call them and get the email) and then go to the copiers there with the code and boom, prints it out. Just make sure the copier is NOT set on COLOR. Set it to black and white or you will be charged a mint. Great concept though. Love it. read more

I want to start off by saying I never leave negative reviews. That's not some thing I do, but I was honestly shocked at how the situation played out. I went into ship a package back to the place where it came from and the guy who assisted me put the shipping label on the box for me and told me "great everything's OK you're good to go." Next thing you know that package ends up on my doorstep two days later. So I called in and get a person who I believe is named Melissa, and she is so completely rude and disrespectful I was shocked. I did not come at her in any negative way, I simply said "What do I do" and she abruptly put me on hold, kept cutting me off, and basically told me it was my fault. THEY put the label on the box. THEY ripped off that label. Next, she abruptly transfers me to someone who then put me on hold and HANGS UP on me. I called back and I get Melissa yet again and she then transfers me saying "oh they have to handle it". In the end, they basically told me that it was my fault, I would have to pay for shipping, and they couldn't help me. Do not waste your time with these people. She was so incredibly disrespectful; I would never ever talk to anybody the way that they spoke to me and I too, work in customer service. read more

I completed an eBay sale over a month ago and shipped in the merchant box that the item was sent to me in. I never opened the box just reinforced the tape. This was my first time shipping from this location and I completely regret it. First, I get a notification the a new label needed to be placed. Then, I get a notification that the item is being sent back to me due to the box being damaged. I have to refund the buyer their money and when I received the item back, it was so badly damaged and poorly handled I couldn't believe the carelessness! read more

One reviewer said automation is the reason robots will take over- no it appalling service from employees like In this store who are surly, ill equipped and disinterested in the people whose business pays their salary. FedEx has this office to capture business against its competitors and that appears to be the only reason to keep it open. Staff seems to be simmering with sullen anger against perceived interruptions and grievances. Heads up FedEx they are called CUSTOMERS and are the reason you exist. If it wasn't convenient no one would be here and I'd rather wait in line at the Postoffice at Christmas than come here at the least busy of times. Every question is never fully answered. To be honest I was a bit wary based on the reviews and it being a large corporation. But they were the only place that would answer their phone. Easy parking for downtown Redlands. I was very fortunate that they were not too busy. They were well staffed and someone greeted me as soon as I walked in. The staff were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. But a big shout out to Nayeli who went above and beyond to really help make sure I got what I needed for my project with the best price possible. Last month I dropped off my package at fedex in orange st store. They gave me a receipt then two weeks later I called the shoes company that I returned the package. They told me that they haven't received it, so I went to fedex store to find out what's going on with my package. They scanned the receipt and told me that they cannot scanned it because the tracking number is wrong. I told them this is the receipt that they gave me and yet they still can't help me find the package. The store person told me to call the fedex number so I did and tell her what's going on. She told me she will open fedex investigation case. She gave me the case number. One week later I called back and the response was we didn't assign anyone because the number was wrong. I was very upset. The only response that they gave me was call the shoes company and report it, which I did. No responsibility at all from Fedex. They lost my package and yet nothing is done.
